Cybertill Reviews 

I started working with Cybertill Retail Store 10 years ago to support and ensure operational standards across our retail franchised network. The back office reporting provided the franchisees with clarity of their business including stock holding and sales; this is especially beneficial for a franchisee who owns more than one location maximizing their cash flows, reducing over-stocking and enabled a franchisee to better meet the needs of their customers. As a franchisor we are able to forecast trends keeping our business competitive. The till is easy for staff to use and allows a Franchisee to work on their business while accessing live data remotely. The Cybertill help desk are absolutely awesome; always on- hand to keep things running smoothly and there when I need them all year round! My experience of Cybertill is very positive. They are a company that is proactive in helping their customers and is a product that I cannot fault. It’s a great product for both a Franchisor and their network of Franchisees.

We have used Cybertill Retail Store for 3 years. The system itself has improved our business processes no end. We have had minor issues with the platform which we are working through with Cybertill. One area we cannot complain about are the people. They cannot do more for you and are excellent at communicating.

Extremely user friendly and provides a good customer database for us

So after being with them for years of a busy franchise store, finally the much awaited upgrade has appeared “woo hoo” nope!! They have just changed the colour and a bit more reporting but still the old rubbish clunky to many clicks, no drop downs, no thought, bbc basic back office is still there!

So after talking to Tracey Mok whom has as much product knowledge as a senator trying to grill Facebook she couldn’t tell me why it all looks the same and advised I took there £650+vat day course.

Unfair!! She cry’s, but tell me why does this amazing upgrade still look and feel the same... people.. there are better epos systems out there.

Oh Cybertill maybe this review will help you to get a tech guy to call me instead of me writing long emails to try and get you to love me.

If you want me to take responsibility of my gdpr compliance then delete my customer database functionality as I don’t use it and save me 400 +vat To upgrade to your looky likey new/old version. Or upgrade me for free or isn’t my 14 years service worth it?

So very interesting that the £400 update is.... wait for it... no different, not a truer word written! The back office is surely where the changes should be on your antiquanted software. Yes it was a real bind when apple updated the features and functionality of the iOS software, Cybertill you have made the mistake of thinking your customers are “stupid” and that you can get away with a colour change. Shame on you!

GDPR

What GDPR changes need to be implemented, we are not cold calling customers and buying customer data, so this means we can “soft opt” with GDPR as our customers are already customers if you catch my drift..

Let me make it clearer, customer comes in my shop, we take there details once they buy something, they become a customer, we can then send them future information and promotions legally, as long as they have the right to unsubscribe on those emails but like you and many others you have not read GDPR fully and not looked into the “soft opt” part, no need for a plug in from you guys.

Clever features that show detailed history of movements in stock? You having a laugh!

LET ME OUT!! Tried to cancel my Cybertill but alas you now want 3... YES 3 months money to let me out of your contract. Silly me for not reading it at the time and not reading the small print. Have my money, I have cost you more from this bad review of your old software. I’m now a happy member of EposNow, and my staff love it, service is great, even today they logged into my system and helped my staff and my accounts lady Gemma to rectify a mistake. LOVE IT!

Cybertill are a company who care and support their customers.. Excellent company..

Great company that is very forward thinking with their product.
Account Managers are helpful and knowledgable
Training days can be booked and all trainers take the time to know what you want and explain what would work for you to get the best outcome of the day .

Have used Cybertill for over 12 years and recently upgraded to Retail Store with Cybertill - only 2 months in but still unsure if in some areas they have taken a backward step. Layout is very basic and hard to use.
There are also some great improvements to reporting and are looking forward to finding more as we use the system

Cybertill works fine as a till, but the back office is poor, outdated and clunky. The interface is old fashioned and the many promises of improvements and updating have never come to fruition. If you are not a whizz with Excel spreadsheets and manipulating downloaded csv files then you cant get the management information you need. As a company, in our experience, they they seem to promise the world but deliver little, and dont really take an interest in the individual. Our decision to use Cybertill has often been regretted

Fantastic company. Always on hand whenever theres any queries. Account managers are very helpful and the trainers are very skilled.
