3 years passed now and still didn’t get my order or my money
My order number is : 1736

This Cyburthur Stores is totally scam. It has been 5 months, my order #2751 has never arrived. I sent a number of emails but only the first one was replied with an explanation that they were delayed in the process, after that no more reply. This situation is very similar to what a lot of people described here. So please be aware of this scam and avoid.

My order number is #1812 I have what no reply for months after the initial response regarding the delay and then you said you would refund me but failed to refund and answer my emails. I will fill a a lawsuit of you do not refund me. You took my money and didn’t follow up on your promise. I paid the money was taken Amd then I was told it was delayed Amd then I was told you couldn’t ship so I would be issued a refund within a month and when I waited and emailed I got no replies. .

Scam site, I ordered a cabinet on October 22nd 2021, and after several emails requesting refund from November they have now vanished and i'm left almost $1000 out of pocket. Please report to Spotify!

I bought an armchair from this company in November 2021. Got one email assuring me my order is in progress. By now, their website is gone and the phone number doesn't work too. Never got any reply by email again.

I have been scamed with what seems to be hundreds of other people. I ordered a office chair back in November 2021, I have not receive it and cannot talk to anyone about the status of my order or my refund.

This company is a total scam. Ordered product on Nov 12, 2021 and to date have not received product, a response to numerous emails or a call back from the company. Trying to collect from my credit card company.

I never received my order and customer support won't respond to me.

I tried numerous times to contact them to check on shipping but they would never respond back. I even tried to contact support. Won't use them again.

Scam, order 2140. No update or delivery and no contact. Lost money too

Ordered bar stools on 4 November. On November 18, I receive this email:

"Hello Chris.

Hope this email finds you and yours well. AbdulRaheem here checking in with you from Cyburthur Stores.

I just wanted to let you know that our Warehouse team is preparing your Order #2381 for Export Shipment. This mainly involves, preparing the necessary export documentation and then awaiting export release and clearance.

This normally take anything from a few hours to a few days. We have your back though, so once it's done, we'll send over another Status update with the Tracking link and Number.

As a reminder, we will be sending out your Order to the following address via the shipping method below:

I have written requesting updates and have heard nothing from them. They have taken AU$977.86 of my money for these specific bar stools and NOW their website isn't working.

I think I've been scammed and I'm so angry.

Its a scam. I ordered a chair which was suppoed to ve delivered in 2 days. After sending email numerous times, it took their over 3 weeks to respond. Never ordering fron here again !

Yes seems like all reviews are true. Ordered but no delivery nearly 2 month, multiple emails to them, no response.

Guess that’s that then, free money for them. Disappointed. Order 2415. Please contact me if you can assist. Instead of writing on here to make contact as obviously they don’t.

I placed the order #1284, to Take and Pop, on November 23th, 2021.
I was charged by CYBURTHUR, LLC 985-297-8673, FL for my order and I have not get the item, I don't have any response to my phone calls or to the tickets either.
I want to cancel this order and have my money back.

This company is a scam. They did not respond to emails, calls, or requests the return the very damaged item I received in the mail (5 weeks after ordering).

I ordered 4 of the mbr-1100 @ $75.00 plus tax and rapid shipping for a total charge of $349.68. I attempted to reach your company several times to no avail. No one has ever contacted me.
Finally in December I received a single mbr-1100. As of this writing I have not received any addition items.

Placed the order #2753 early November and it never got shipped. I'm kindly asking one last time to cancel my order and receive a refund.

They never sent me product. They said they shipped product but tracking number has a different end destination. It is probably a fake tracking number.

This company is a SCAM.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I told them to cancel my order and refund me but they do not respond. Horrible service.
