Hugely expensive renewals, I managed to get the same level of policy for 1/3 the price. Not easy to cancel the policy. Never had to claim so cannot comment on that aspect.

Very easy process and resulted in a very good competative price. Please dont take this as a negative, but hopefully this outlay is just a “peace of mind” annual cost & in reality I hope I don’t actually have to instigate any claim. If I do that is when I will see how good this cover is

Great choice for cyclists!
The ease of which my policy was made available, and not forgetting the price which was very competitive against some insurers. I would not hesitate to other cyclists to look into the plan before committing to other insurers.

Terrible renewal quote and no flex even after discussion. It was up over 300%
First year is fine but my renewal quote was 300% higher than my first year and that was without any claims. If I try a new quote it is still over £100 cheaper even after I take out the first year introductory offer.
