1) The sample source description you provide is, sometimes, less specific than what I submit. Should always be just what I write on the submittal form.

Hi! Your results were sent to your email address on 3/25/2026. Perhaps they ended up in your Spam folder. We require 10-14 BUSINESS days to complete analysis and publish reports. We received your kit back at the lab on 3/10/2026. We forwarded the results to you again from a different Cyclopure email address , but unfortunately the email was rejected again by the AOL server. We will send them out via US Postal Mail to your PO Box. Thanks for testing your water for PFAS with Cyclopure.

Peace of mind
We live in an ag area with an old, not-deep well for house water. There are a lot of biosolids being spread nearby and we are worried about pfas. This test gave us some assurance that our water is safe.

Excellent customer service
Easy to figure out what I wanted, went with extreme for the capacity. First one arrived damaged, customer service was responsive and another filter delivered within 3 days. Installed, waited a few weeks, ran test and no pfas detected.
