Cygnett Reviews

Perfect size Power Bank
I recently purchased a Cygnett 5k power bank for an overseas trip, and it was perfect! I used my iphone constantly each day for messages, maps, videos and photos. I did not want to lug a large heavy battery, when I only needed to top-up my battery. The Cygnett 5k was perfect for this, small, light weight, fits snug to the back of my iphone using magsafe. The iphone with the battery attached then fits easily in my pockets. Being 5k, it wasn't an issue going through airport security. Airlines now require rechargeable batteries be placed in hand carryon luggage, so small and light weight means this is not an issue. The Cygnett 5k is easily recharged overnight and has charge through, so I can recharge my iphone at the same time.

I'm finding Cygnett products are consistently good quality and good value - a hard-to-beat combination. I trust the brand to deliver both consistently.

Chargers, cables and cases are all excellent. It would be my go-to brand now.

I live in Regional SA and I received my medium Cygnet Fire Proof Bag within 3 days from order. The product is great quality and I can fit my IPad Pro, my Cygnet 20k mAh Power Bank and all my Camera Batteries. Now I can safely carry my Lithium batteries when ever I travel. This is a great product and essential for anyone who travels with Lithium Batteries.

Have been using Cygnett Products for a few years now and have not been let down once. Recently purchased a Broncos branded 5,000 mAh Magnetic power bank as a birthday present for my mum and it looks and runs like magic. Their products are always of great quality and are reasonably well priced. Their customer service is exceptional, and they offer good incentive to return for more purchases.

Cygnet is a company that I trust and has quality products that I trust. I recently purchased an audio adaptor after having had a couple of low cost other brands of a similar product which became frustrating to operate. The Cygnett Audio adaptor works very well, it pairs with my headphones easily and quickly. The display screen showing connections and battery are both game changers for this type of advice. I use this to connect 2 headphones to my TV. As far as I am concerned this product is an absolute winner. Additionally the service from Cygnett is exemplary.

Best and most prompt customer service ever in Australia even for a warranty claim and after sale care.I love the brand and the professionalism of the service
Recommended AAA🙏

I have purcahrs few products from Cygnett online store. I am content with the items and their quality and durability so far. They have a professional customer care team and pay attention to any quarry. I recommend Cygnett products.

Issue fixed, no matter how small. thanks a million.
Cheers Tim.

I have found over the years that this brand of power bank is the best in longest life, fastest charge , reliability and build.

Have now purchased 20000 ah chargers, one for me and because I was so impressed with the product purchased a 2nd one for a very good friend. Had a hiccup with one item but sorting it out with the company was a breeze. At no time did i get the feeling my issue wasn't treated as genuine. Matter resolved easily and quickly. Have found their product excellent and ticks all my boxes. Would unreservedly recommend both the product and the company.

Sean gave us excellent customer service and was very helpful. Excellent products and very fast replies in regards to the products

Great product, quick postage, great communication about postage from an online purchase. Highly recommend

Compact device that just fits into the usb port for the wired carplay. Seamless connection once paired. Works a treat.

Cygnett 10,000 mAh power bank

I love this little beauty, with the USB C and 2 USB A outputs and the battery capacity indicator, oh as well as a cool little slot to attach a lanyard as well as a way to strain relief your cables. Delivery is quick and you will need to check me on this, but it looks like it will be compliant with the new Australian rules on what size battery packs you can take on the aircraft

I always buy Cygnet products. I like the fact that you don’t have to go to a specialised technology shop. I usually buy from my local Big W. Cygnet brand offer a 5year guarantee on their usb cables. I had never had one break before but recently one did. The after sales care I was given (via email) was more than I expected. I was offered a new cable & was always treated respectfully. I will continue to purchase this reliable & affordable brand for my phones & iPads. Also Thankyou for great after sales service.

Very happy with my little 5000 power bank from Cygnett

We had purchased magnetic window mount a while back for one of our vehicles. Very happy with the original one so decided to purchase a second one for our other vehicle this time directly through Cygnet website.

iPad Pro case. Good quality, nice feel to case. Pencil sits in place nicely. Easy ordering and good price.

Great tool for travelling
Great tool as we do a lot of travelling the battery bank eliminates the need for searching for wall sockets in airport lounges etc.
