I am writing this to warn other Australian consumers about the fraudulent logistics practices used by GEEKOM.
I purchased a high-value Mini PC worth over $1000 from the GEEKOM Official Store. The purchase was made specifically because the merchant advertised the stock as being physically located in New South Wales, Australia, promising rapid domestic transit.
Instead of shipping locally, Geekom has engaged in item location fraud. They generated a domestic tracking label to trick the automated systems, but the tracking has remained stuck on "Pending" for over a week because the stock is being slow-shipped from China.
To make matters worse, their customer support is intentionally deceptive. When asked on a Tuesday why the item hadn't been physically handed to a courier, they replied stating they couldn't check because "it was the weekend." Australia and China share virtually the same time zones—this was a blatant stall tactic.
Due to this extreme breach of contract, I have no choice but to lodge a formal dispute through Klarna Buyer Protection to freeze my payment schedule while their fraud team investigates. GEEKOM is misrepresenting its supply chain to Australian buyers. Do not buy from them if you expect transparent business practices.

Update. Mini pc finally arrived, it is second hand and already has a username and password on it. It is unusable. Now it is on its way back so I can be kept waiting for a refund.

I'm absolutely gutted. Bought an A9 Max (AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX470|HX370) from these guys...arrived on time but that's all. I can't get WiFi when connecting it to my screen. There's no sound and I can't even open a small PDF file (it's only 10MB big).

I emailed their customer support about the issue yesterday but what do you know - they didn't actually care about me getting stuck with a piece of trash. They just replied saying 'just follow those simple steps' which were basically steps for fixing WiFi. What a joke! I then kept replying again and again trying to ask if they could fix the problem OR at least give me a refund. All they did was ignore me :(

Eventually i had to contact my bank and start a dispute against them. Save your money. This is unreliable product AND terrible customer service. Just avoid!

Update as of 4 September 2026:
After multiple attempts to get a refund, Geekom is still refusing to return my money and has now stopped responding altogether. My bank has officially opened a dispute. This whole experience just reinforces what I said earlier — save yourself the stress and avoid dealing with a company that won’t stand behind its products or honour its commitments.

Further update as of 20 Sep 2026:
Another misleading statement from GEEKOM. I responded repeatedly to emails on 10, 11, 12, 14, 19 and 26 August, as well as 4 and 13 September. The real issue is not a lack of response from me, but the company's ongoing failure to process the refund I have been requesting for weeks. This conduct will be reported to NSW Fair Trading as part of my complaint.

The Geekom A6 is an excellent product and support solved the problem at checkout in a very professional and pleasing manner, I have no hesitation in giving them 5 stars.

I bought the Geekom IT15 Ultra 9 285H 32GB RAM + 2TB SSD mini PC.
The item arrived very quickly, even up in North Queensland.
The price was very reasonable, and the equipment runs extremely fast while Video Editing using Davinci as well as doing editing using Affinity 3 for vector and raster graphics editing and multi-page document layouts.
I had a query after purchase and the response was comprehensive and very quick.

My second review. I first wrote a review of my Geekom Air 12 Lite back on 12 Jun but it seems to have disappeared.
This is about my 20th computer over the years. I had the first Apple iie in Queensland and have had other Apples since then. I have had Dell, Asus and A homebuilt PC . When Windows 10 became unsupported, I decided to upgrade and was about to buy a Lenovo ThinkCentre, when a Geekom Ad came up. On comparison, I could not justify the price difference. The Geekom specced higher and was half the price. It arrived quickly and I just plugged it in and switched it on. It has worked tirelessly since then. I am surprised at how fast and how reliable it has been. I am well pleased with it and would heartily recommend it to anyone seeking a good fast little computer. This one does a professional job on a home budget. It is anything but -Lite :-)

I bought an IT13 Mini computer last year and we were very impressed with the excellent performance from such an unbelievably compact unit. 12 months later and the IT13 is still performing above all expectations. Brilliant !. Due to this experience I have purchased a Geekom X16Pro laptop and so far it is exceeding all my expectations. An excellent product !, excellent value.

For an entry level mini pc in comparison to my old laptop this thing is fantastic it's cool quiet and super powerful for my day trading requirements running multiple monitors and tabs.
On top of that the price was fantastic and it arrived in like 2 days.
Super easy set up also.....would recommend to anyone.

For my use case of small form factor and something that behaved very well with dual booting Linux and Windows by IT13 has been a fantastic machine.

Logistics to South Australia was painless.

Ive had no reason to speak with customer support. Which is, of course a good thing.

I would certainly buy again from them.

Having previously relied on midsize towers equipped with high-performance gaming video cards and motherboards, I was pleasantly surprised by the A8 Geek Small PC. Despite its compact size, it delivers impressive performance. Microsoft Office runs smoothly and quickly, and my gaming experience has been exceptional—even when using 4K resolution monitors. I highly recommend this PC. While it may get warm on very hot days, the internal fan keeps temperatures in check. It offers ample memory and storage, making it a reliable choice.

I bought an IT15 Mini-PC from Geekom a few months ago after my 11-year old laptop failed and I needed a replacement PC capable of running Windows 11. I chose this Intel Core i9 Ultra 285H-based unit as it offered outstanding value for money compared to other mini-PCs from other suppliers. With its lightning-fast CPU, 32GB of DDR5 RAM and a 2TB M.2 PCIe Gen4x4 SSD on board, its boot-up times and overall performance are very impressive. Although I haven’t owned a mini-PC before, I love the compactness and simplicity of this format. Delivery was fast (just a couple of days to Melbourne), the packaging was excellent and the set-up was very straightforward out of the box. Geekom also provided helpful technical advice when I wanted to install an old 2.5” HDD using the SATA3 interface provided in this model. Coupled with a new 32-inch 4K screen, my new PC set up surpasses anything I have previously owned, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

In June 2024 I purchased 2 GEEKOM units for my 2 new employees. The Geekom units were described as A5 Mini PC AMD Ryzen 7 5800H - R7-5800H 32GB RAM + 512GB SSD. Delivey was quick. They worked very well taking up no more space on each desk as a hard cover book, I was initially scared it would eat up too much but everything is okay with them. For the two of them it cost $1478 less $100.

I bought 2 Minicomputers Sept 2024 from Geekom.com
2 x Mini IT 13 i9 Had a problem with one of the power Adapters. It was replaced within a few days. No problems ever since. Being small they don't take up much space on my crowed desk. Geekom is my preferred supplier for our future needs.

I have been running an A9 Max Mini PC for about 4 months now as my daily driver, and it's flawless. The build quality is superb, the price is fantastic, and it's a little BEAST! I've started leaving it always on to use as a server for AI workloads and it is quiet, fast and bulletproof. Everything you want from a mini PC.

I have had a Geekom Pc (AMD Ryzen 9 8945HS w/ Radeon 780M Graphics (4.00 GHz)) for aout 6 months. It has performed faultlessly. It is fast, quiet and has liberated my desktop. I used the included mounting bracket to install it on the back of my monitor and I barely know it is there. I use Adobe AI, WEB ODM, QGIS, Lightburn and sundry other reasonably heavy apps and it runs them perfectly. No complaints at all - would buy another in a heartbeat.

I bought Geekom mini i7.
I was surprised by its small size & also the ability to do tasks like any desktop PC. I initially was looking to get a good laptop but found Geekom by coincidence. I guess I made a good choice and I use it for various tasks and can slide it in my bag & take it to different work location or when travelling.

As solution architect, I have installed multiple memory intensive design and development tools. It works perfectly and smoothly without any issue. Delivered on time. Easy setup, take little space and awesome performance.

I was looking for an everyday desk top to replace an aging DELL tower and came upon GEEKOM. Having researched NUC's it was pleasant surprise to find one that would work out of the box, and have a decent warranty, instead of bare bones, having to fit SSD's, memory etc. and a tricky route to any warranty issues if I had finished the build
I bought the IT13, with the 13th Gen Intel Core (TM) i7-13700H processor, 32GB ram and 1TBSD hard drive, and windows 11 pro.
Ive had it over 2 years now, it's used daily for music production, photo's and DTP. Fast, responsive and has proved to be excellent value for money. When my wife's aging Intel Apple IMAC died, (after 16years), looked for replacements, like for like with Apple looking at over $3000. As she primarily uses windows for her business, decided to buy another IT13, same spec, and fit it to the VESA fittings of one of the dual monitors, her IMAC would not support dual monitors.
After a couple of months she does not miss the IMAC.

I was having problems with my laptop and did not have enough space for a tower.
Saw on YouTube some good experiences with mini computers and started to do research. Geekom minis came up as fulfilling my needs, so went ahead and ordered one.
Delivery was very quick and the setup went well.
Have had it running for 6 months now without a problem. Never seems to get hot and have only heard the fan occasionally. I have mounted it using the supplied kit on the back of my monitor, plenty of USB ports.
Working with my Starlink Wi-Fi with no glitches.

An excellent fast PC. I had a minor hiccup while installing software and contacted Geekom help. they were quick to reply and my problem was solved without any fuss. I have another mini PC but it doesn't come anywhere near my Geekom A5 Pro. I will stay with them.
