Delivery timeframe was excellent, as is the product.
I would however have liked some simple set up instructions. I had to go and buy a wired keyboard and mouse as the system would not recognise my bluetooth devices and I therefore could not get access.

They have decent prices, shipping is never a problem, they let me know if an item I ordered is pending stock (and they gave me an option to change my order or wait for the stock to come in)

RMA processes are smooth and simple, I've had no issues with them so far.

Only one point lost, contacting their customer service was smooth and straight forward but I was hoping they could start my RMA process over the phone, instead they reset my password to my account over the phone so I could login on my phone and submit the RMA myself. I was only slightly concerned because I felt they didn't do enough to verify it was actually me requesting a password reset, but they could have matched my account based on the email I gave them, the purchase history I alluded to, and the fact I was calling from the phone number they had on record for me.

All in all though, they are my first choice when it comes to PC parts in Australia - I can guarantee their parts aren't Chinese e-waste and they don't fall for the kinds of return scams that Amazon falls to.

The choice is is great for complete systems and build your own with full details given and sent with parcel post anyway in Australia with even help offered of your selection. Rated NO.1 in Australia for professionals and beginners.

Website is really easy to navigate and use. The youtube reviews on the products page is super helpful. The prices are good, and the shipping and delivery process was great, went off without an issue.
