Item arrived earlier than expected. Well packed.

I’ve always had a great experience with PCCG. Great customer service, blistering fast dispatching of orders, great prices. I recommend them beyond words

Good product, superfast delivery

Spent 15 k very good service can’t wait to buy again thanks

PCCG is the GO-TOO site for all products to purchase with impressively consistent, prompt & friendly support team.

Been a pleasure as a customer since around 2008 give or take a year, and i've never had issues over the years so i STRONGLY recommend to any newcomer or checking here to help come to a confident decision that will likely satisfy most just like myself! :) 5/5*

The staff were super helpful and made sure I got what I needed for my PC.
It was nice that the people there actually knew about PCs and what I needed for mine and why it was needed as sadly other shops I have been to were not so helpful.
Thanks for the great service will 100% be using you guys for my future pc builds keep up the great work.

Don’t price match to centre com they ship quick though that’s why it’s not 1 star

looked at the website to pick the required power supply, wasnt sure so rang got a staff member who totally blew my mind directed me to the right item and sent it I recieved it extremily quick thankyou. I am still after years of using PCCG am in awe of their work ethics.
WTG guys keep it up.

Great service. Quick delivery. We've bouhgt 2 dektops and 2 laptops from PCCaseGear. All four are great machines. The machines are mostly used for processor intense image processing, and perform very well. We've also bought drives and peripherals - all good, quick delivery and no issues.

Both of the Be Quiet Dark Base Pro 901 computer cases and cable purchases went off without a hitch. Dispatch was the same day as advertised. I will use their services again and again.

great service , plenty of great products

fast reliable and helpful

Easy to navigate, competitive pricing, speedy delivery.

PCCaseGear have always excelled in their customer service. I have shopped there for several years and will continue to do so. They have a great website and their delivery and pick service is always on point.

Great price, quick dispatch and delivery, and well packaged.

Used PC Case and Gear for the first time recently.
The best thing I have done regarding the purchase of PC parts. Placed the order in the evening, they had all parts in stock. Amazingly it was dispatched the very next day. Something I am not use to. Their competitors which I have used in the past, have sat on my orders for a few days, even though all parts were in stock with them. PC Case and Gear are now my supplier of choice. Fast, efficient service and tracking info is supplied immediately the parts are dispatched. A 5 star rating is not enough for the service I have received. I have used them 2 more times since my initial purchase a couple of weeks ago, and the service is still just as fast and efficient as it was the first time. Well done Team at PC Case and Gear.

Easy to navigate web site to buy and build my PC. A couple of options missing on there where I had to purchase items separately as not available on the build/edit PC page but otherwise really good.
Great communication from staff on the stages of the build.
Only issue was that you use StarTrack to deliver. They never stick to their slated delivery days and their tracking isn’t updated on time. Next time I’ll pay extra to avoid them.
PC was built and packaged beautifully, and not even Star Track could damage it with the amount of interior and exterior packing. Great job.

Great build. Quick delivery with great protection packaging.
