Overall bad experience, I bought and paid for my 5090 build, on the website it claims '1-3 day delivery' which isn't the case.
After purchasing I was contacted to do my ID verification where I was told 7-10 business days, which is fine but set the tone for the rest of my interactions.
A few days later they contacted be again to say the case I had bought was out of stock and I would need to replace it with another of a different colour, fine again but starting to see a pattern.
A few more days after that they said they don't have any 5090s and I would have to replace it with a 5080! I understand there is a lot of interest in 5090s but the PC has never been listed as out of stock even now. I immediately asked for an explanation, none was given, and I requested a full refund, which still took some follow-up emails to get any kind of response.
After I had initially purchased I had looked at the store page a few times and noticed my original 12,999 price had increased to 14,999 then 17,999 and even got as high as 24,999!
It's clear to me they just don't want to honour the price I had paid because it had become less profitable for them. They clearly have no integrity, could not recommend against any more.

Awful experience—arrived broken, missing RAM and promised gift card.
I had a terrible experience with Nebula PC. My system arrived two weeks late, repeatedly crashed and had to get it sent back to be fixed, and missing the promised $125 USD gift card. I had to go through the hassle of sending it back to get it fixed. Now, a month after getting it back, I just realised they also shortchanged me on hardware—they only installed 1 stick of RAM instead of the 2 sticks advertised. On top of that, they still haven't given me the gift card I paid for. Be very careful and check your components if you buy from them. Completely unacceptable service.

Bought the Drift PC, it runs great - runs all the games I need it to better than I need it to! Easily holding 300fps on ultra graphics on games like Marvel Rivals. Literally plugged it in and off I went. Took 5 weeks to ship, I bought it during sales and they were very upfront. All email communication I had with them was prompt and everyone was very polite, highly recommend.

They emailed about some parts out of stock, gave me free upgrades as compensation and were very clear about what the substitute parts would be, or offered that I could wait for the stock to come back.

Absolutely shocking customer service, this place is just a scam who will send you a pc that doesn’t work and then charge you to fix it.

Received a faulty and unreliable computer and warranty yet to provide a resolution

Computer intermittently has not powered on. Nebula denied it was a problem from their testing over multiple weeks, returned the computer and are now requesting to do a second round of testing.

Terrible customer experience.

Fake information, consumer fraud ！After u purchase email you to exchange something ,cause no more stock ,is not same what u purchased , and the website still on sale ,website show 7-10days shipping ,24days waited

Awful company, false advertised build times due to overreaching and an inability to provide support, poor customer service, rarely answer the phone and when they do will spout any lie possible to keep extending their time frames, often because they have fwd sold and don't have the stock to even build the machines advertised, currently have a complaint lodged with ACCC, obviously wouldn't recommend.....

Misleading and deceptive. I interacted with a customer service representative "John" and head of operations "Bella" as well as an online "chat agent" about ordering and customising a PC for $3,500. I have been mislead and not responded to , the organisation refuses to contact me about my refund, about my order , won't even acknowledge the misleading conduct or transaction. DO NOT DEAL WITH this organisation.

We ordered a PC just before EOFY because I wanted to claim it in the previous financial year. Everything seemed fine until 8 days later (after the new financial year had started). After multiple follow-ups, we received an email saying their anti-fraud system had detected our order as fraudulent.

I don’t understand how this could happen after 8 days, especially after they had already confirmed that the order was being built and it will be ready to collect in 2 days.

After several more calls, we were told there was nothing they could do and that the money would be refunded. If you are not capable of handling orders, you should not accept them in the first place.

Because of this delay, I lost the opportunity to receive an invoice for the previous financial year. I was then asked to transfer money or pay cash instead, which made the whole situation feel very concerning. After being ignored multiple times and receiving no proper explanation, I no longer trust this company.

My experience was that they were not reliable and avoided taking responsibility for the order. They stopped responding and left me to deal with the consequences.

Terrible experience. I would not recommend them.

PC i ordered arrived in 7 days. It was packed well. The perfomance was exactly what i expected to be. Overall great products and great customer service. I would definately build another PC again with them.

awesome pc. easy setup and works a treat

System build was excellent. Called about some upgrades to the advertised build that weren't available direct on the ordering platform. They went out of their way to make some significant changes for me (that they weren't obligated to). They went out of their way to accommodate me. PC is running amazingly well since I got it and haven't found comparable value elsewhere.

Bella was fantastic, my PC is fantastic. They delivered to WA in the mad Black Friday rush and kept me informed of slight delays.

Nebula PC have custom setups but also have setups that customers created and they thought would be good for others. I bought one of those.

Their communication is great and it did not take long to get my system. I love my new system.

Super friendly staff and very astute. Having moved interstate recently their system flagged that my details didn't match. So after verifying it was me the order went through. Good to know they take fraud seriously.

Took a couple of weeks to arrive but I did buy at Black Friday sales, and i'm glad I did.

Beautifully built, perfectly shipped, handles like a dream, definitely recommend getting your PC from these guys.

Lawrence is excellent, super communicative and helpful. Pc is running super smooth too.
