I wanted to take the time to share that I have had a wonderful experience buying the Dynamic pre-built gaming PC from PC Case Gear. It was a significant investment for me and so naturally there were concerns buying something like this via online / mail order! After failing to connect by phone, I sent an email with questions. To my surprise (given today’s world) I received a prompt response. I then received prompt responses to all my follow up questions, which I was never made to feel were “too much” or “annoying” for the support agent. My confidence secured, I took the plunge and ordered the PC which arrived in great time, beautifully and extremely well packed and in perfect working order. (Just remember to plug in the fans and lighting control USB dongle included with the spare parts (also beautifully, neatly packed by the way, with all original component packaging as well))! Then the biggest surprise of all: even AFTER PCCG had got the sale and my money, the responses to support questions continued to arrive promptly and in depth. So great! So a special thanks to my support agent Max D for his fantastic help that made this exciting but scary undertaking a wonderful journey!

I’ve been shopping at PCCG for the bulk of my home PC requirements for the last ~15 years or more. I’ve built many PCs for my home and for family & friends. I keep coming back because the customer service has always been exemplary, especially on the odd occasion I’ve had to process warranty returns. The website is the best, with a huge selection of parts from a large variety of OEMs, a questions and answer field for every product that the team will answer, the layout of the website is the best in the industry, the ability to filter by specific items is great, making wish lists that you can share with your friends is awesome. One of the most important things is that their stock levels and estimated restocking dates have always been accurate in my experience. Once you place an order I truly believe the warehouse team are in a race to get your order packed and dispatched in the shortest time possible, it’s unreal. PCCG also offers 4 shipping options of different price and expediency. I do shop at the other online vendors too, sometimes the sale price is too good to refuse or PCCG is just out of stock or do not stock that particular product, but I always go to PCCG first, and they are my preferred retailer. Highly recommend, they’re an awesome team who genuinely want to provide the best service to us customers. And cheers for the gummy bears, my boys like that.

PC CaseGear was great. Australia Post was terrible. I'm still yet to receive what I ordered.
I'd suggest removing them as an option for delivery going forward.

I previously purchased a gaming PC from this company in 2021 and had an excellent experience, which is why I chose to return and spend a significant amount of money on another high-end gaming system. Given the premium price point and the company’s reputation, I expected both the product quality and customer experience to reflect that standard.

Unfortunately, this experience has been extremely disappointing from the outset. The PC arrived with fault issues almost immediately and ultimately became completely unusable. For a product at this price point, this simply should not happen and has made me seriously question the effectiveness of the company’s quality assurance processes prior to shipment.

To be fair, the support team has been friendly and professional throughout my interactions with them. However, the overall returns process has also highlighted issues with the company’s systems and logistics. Despite the PC originally being delivered via StarTrack, I was instructed to return it through Australia Post. Due to Australia Post’s restrictions on shipments over 22kg, I was unable to send the PC back, resulting in further delays and requiring me to contact support again to organise a courier pickup instead. This process has now created another inconvenience where I will need to take time off work to ensure I am available for the collection.

For a premium retailer selling high-end systems, I would expect return systems that properly account for the size and weight of the products being sold so customers are not faced with avoidable delays and additional hurdles during an already frustrating situation.

What is most disappointing is that I have regularly recommended this company to friends and family looking to purchase high-end PCs because of my positive experience in 2021. After this experience, however, I no longer feel confident recommending them and, if asked, would likely suggest people look elsewhere.

At this stage, the overall experience has not reflected the premium pricing or reputation associated with the company. I am hopeful the issue can still be resolved quickly and professionally so I can finally enjoy the purchase I paid for.
