PCCaseGear Reviews

I have been dealing with PC Case Gear for many years and have always had good customer service, and very fast shipping.

If you go click and collect on a quiet time of day you'll be in and out in no time. Have been very responsive with any issues I've ever had over the past decade.

It is always great to deal with PCCaseGear. It is very easy to navigate their site, and I am always amazed at how quickly I get my deliveries.

I had a truly wonderful experience, and the shipping process was exceptionally prompt and efficient.

Great product and fast shipping. Excellent! I'll be back.

waited 6 days for the delivery when I paid Express star track freight

Easy to order, goid customer service when I picked the monitor I brought up. Pc case gear is usually my first choice

arrived quicker than I thought it would.
Only one that had the switch in stock.

After being a loyal customer it was dissapointing to hear that my request to return a brand new item that does not suit my setup was knocked back due to simply opening the product. I understand this is in their T&Cs and I should have been more careful when reading the product description, however, after spending thousands through pc case gear and choosing them as my go to tech provider its disappointing to see. Now stuck with a niche brand new product that is hard to sell and have had to spend more money out of pocket to get what I need. Buyer beware check your product description carefully as they won't do you any favours on an honest mistake.

I used the assembly service for a new build. Nice job, and very well packaged for delivery. It took longer to download Bazzite than to install it. Good speedy computer and super quiet too.

Bought my new pc was ready 15 minuets later to pick up quick easy always awesome service

Used them for years, bought mostly components which was always quick and easy as well as arrives as per their estimates.
Recently bought a pre built which was built and shipped in a easy to unpack as well as as safe as can be

PC Case Gear were honest enough to let me know that something I had paid for had already been done as part of the package and promptly refunded the amount.

Once again PCCG have delivered, five stars to easy. They let me know how my order was progressing they have been my favourite company for years now and i hope into the future.

Very easy to purchase and delivery time was excellent.
Have used PCCaseGear for years and mostly likely for many years to come.
Great effort guys

i was in the market for a tv monitor stand for my sim racing rig that wasnt way over priced, came across the next level monitor mount at a really good price. it came quick ordered it on a sunday and it arrived by wednesday. it took about 45 minutes to assemble and its sturdy. I have a 24 inch monitor on it and it holds it quite well, no wobbles it has a couple of cable management clips on it which is good. overall for the price its decent and saved me heaps on other monitor mounts out on the market.

PCCaseGear has a wide range of products, well priced, fast reliable shipping and no hassle service

I requested a "future-proofed" gaming PC that wasn't cheap. The PCCG team were extremely helpful in resolving payment issues experienced because of their in-house scam-prevention system, and responsive to calls to their help-line. Additionally, during the system build, Max provided solutions - not just problems - when identifying component incompatibility, while also identifying applicable discounts for parts that came on sale shortly after original order placement. Build and shipment only took a couple of days and I am enjoying my new PC. A very positive experience all around.

Super smooth transaction i had to create an account went on the website and ordered what I needed definitely will shop there again
