Dopo un’accurata ricerca ho deciso di affidarmi alla Cygnus, anche se non nego che fossi molto titubante.
Invece sin da subito ho intuito la serietà e professionalità di tutto il team.
Il dott Omer Faruk è stato semplicemente fantastico ed ha eseguito un lavoro eccellente. Non potevo scegliere chirurgo migliore.
Le infermiere in clinica si sono prese cura di me in maniera eccelsa, mai vista tanta gentilezza, professionalità e disponibilità.
La clinica poi molto pulita e curata.
Un grazie particolare anche all’anestesista che è stato super attento e scrupoloso.
Ed infine grazie a Ceren, che mi seguita e supportata in ogni momento. ❤️❤️❤️

I recently had a nose operation, and I’m beyond happy with the whole experience and my results! From the very beginning, the communication was excellent – Eren was the person I spoke with before my surgery, and he was always quick to respond, answered all my questions, and made me feel completely safe and confident.

When I arrived, everything went smoothly, and I was warmly welcomed. Dr. Sinan truly understood every detail I wanted to achieve. He was very honest about what was possible and explained everything clearly, which I really appreciated.

During my stay, I also had a contact person named Ceren, who was absolutely amazing. She checked on me every day after the surgery to make sure I was doing well, and even now, three weeks post-op, I can still message her anytime if I have questions or concerns.

Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience – the whole team was professional, kind, and supportive. I highly recommend them to anyone considering a nose operation!

I had both hair transplant and dental work done at Cygnus Clinic in Istanbul, and I can honestly say the whole experience was far better than I imagined.

Before coming, I had an online consultation where they estimated the number of grafts for my hair transplant. When I arrived and met the doctor in person, he examined my donor area and actually managed to extract more grafts than initially planned — all while keeping the density and natural look exactly right. The result already looks incredibly promising, even at the early stage.

For my teeth, I went with EMAX veneers, and the dental team was meticulous about shade, shape, and fit. They didn’t rush anything; I could tell they really wanted the final smile to match my face and look natural, not “done.”

The staff, nurses, my coordinators Yagmur and Ceren were genuinely kind and professional — not just during the procedures but afterward as well. They checked in frequently and made sure I understood the aftercare for both treatments.

I left feeling confident and really satisfied with the results. Istanbul is full of clinics, but this one truly delivered what they promised... and even more.

If I could put a 10 star review I would . I’m a regular joe soap who always hated my nose (deviated septum and very large) . I spent a lot of time online researching various clinics and options abroad as Ireland was ridiculously expensive and I came across Cygnus (through serene cosmetics) and i decided this was the best place to go to . Of course I was nervous and anxious about going abroad for surgery as I’ve heard plenty of horror stories . Since the day I messaged Cygnus I have received nothing but help and guidance through both Yagmur and Lois . Helping me with booking flights , enquiring about transfers and hotels etc and what the surgery would involve . They honestly couldn’t have done more for me . I’ve had a septorhinoplasty And I truly couldn’t be happier with my results. My surgeon was tayfun demirel and he was just amazing . The hospital was spotless , the aftercare was amazing and the hotel was beautiful.
I’ve already recommended them to various people and I will continue to do so . These guys will be my first port of call shall I want any more surgery in the future . Overall my whole experience was more than I could have wished for . Thanks so much for changing my life and my confidence. I’m not afraid to look in the mirror anymore .

I recently had a breast uplift with implants at Cygnus Clinic with Dr. Omer, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. It’s only been a week since my surgery, and I’m already amazed at how well everything is healing. Dr. Omer performed a periareolar lift instead of the traditional method, so my scars are barely visible — you can hardly even tell there were incisions. The stitching was done so meticulously that the healing process has been incredibly smooth and neat.

From the consultation to the surgery and aftercare, the entire experience has been outstanding. The staff were kind, professional, and attentive to every detail, making me feel completely safe and cared for. Can honestly say this was the best decision I’ve ever made. I was a little worried about the language barrier but they made the transaction so seamless I went for a deep tissue face and neck lift with my teeth and I can honestly say that it was five star quality From the pick up to the drop-off. Everything went amazingly. I couldn’t recommend them enough. They were there at the drop of a hat to give me information and reassure me on everything. I’ve now made another appointment to return to get my breasts done and my boyfriend his teeth whilst we were there he also got his hair implants that I have took absolutely amazingly. The service was absolutely phenomenal. I would recommend anybody to go with this company as I’ve had such a great time. They put me up in a beautiful hotel. They go above and beyond to help you and reassure you that everything will be fine and just the way you want it. There was nothing they wouldn’t do. I would definitely recommend.

I went for a revision rhinoplasty with dr. Sinan - i would like to start with saying that he is a true professional and quite literally a magician. I also have to mention Eren, my coordinator, who was very helpful throughout my whole journey. Overall it was well organized, i can’t faut Cygnus clinic at all. Questa mia recensione è un encomio per tutto il personale che ho incontrato durante la mia esperienza presso la Clinica Cygnus. Non solo professionalità ma empatia, attenzione e cura verso il paziente, che, lasciatelo dire da un sanitario,veramente non ha prezzo. Mi sono affidata, dopo un accurata ricerca, alla Cygnus Clinic per sottopormi ad un intervento di Vaser Lipo 360, BBL, addominoplastica e mastoplastica additiva con il dott. Malic Abaci, chirurgo estetico superlativo. Il mio percorso è iniziato con Heilen che mi ha guidato affinché il risultato che desideravo ottenere, fosse in armonia con il mio corpo e consigliandomi sul trattamento più idoneo al raggiungimento del risultato desiderato. Ho avuto poi il primo colloquio in videochiamata con il dottore Malik Abaci, il quale mi ha ispirato fiducia sin da subito, rispondendo in modo esaustivo ad ogni mia domanda o dubbio. Così, prendeva forma il mio sogno. Sono arrivata ad Istanbul con mio marito e l'assistenza è stata strepitosa per entrambi, transfer all'hotel, molto confortevole 5*, da lì la presenza costante, professionale, attenta e aggraziata della bellissima Ceren, non solo in clinica, prima, durante e dopo la dimissione, ma, sempre disponibile, veramente, h 24 al telefono. Tanta stima per competenza e professionalità va al medico anestesista, il dottore Ercument che ha voluto rinviare l'intervento al giorno successivo rispetto al programmato poiché avendo , io, assunto un farmaco per la cefalea, la sera precedente,ha voluto che lo smaltissi nelle 24 ore successive per evitare eventuali rischi.Direi attenzione e professionalità per nulla scontate. Grazie a tutte le infermiere, dall'angelo che mi ha presa in cura all'uscita dalla sala operatoria, alla quale ho dato un bel da fare, anche l'indomani, poiché ho necessitato di emotrasfusione, alle altre infermiere che si sono susseguite nei turni successivi che con professionalità e gradevole gentilezza, hanno costantemente monitorizzato le mie condizioni di salute, mi hanno aiutato ad alzarmi, a lavarmi, a pettinarmi, e si sono prese cura della mia persona. Erano tante, non ricordo i nomi di tutte, tranne quello di Ipec, nessun nome fu così mai adeguato a lei, "seta". Nei giorni di degenza, mentre camminavo su e giù per il corridoio ho potuto piacevolmente osservare il grado eccellente di pulizia, il personale addetto, con cura ed attenzione ha pulito non solo armadi e suppellettili ma ha lavato i bidoni dei rifiuti, carrelli, ruote, frigoriferi e persino gli estintori che non avevano una benché minima presenza polvere. Pulizia estremamente accurata, mai, purtroppo, riscontrata in Italia ahimè. Il personale addetto alla distribuzione dei pasti, di una gentilezza impressionante. Meravigliata? Si, altroché, mai osservata tanta cura ed attenzione in tutto. Poi che dire del dottore Malik Abaci e della sua assistente infermiera Beyza, mi hanno sempre fatto medicazioni a regola d'arte, precise, pulite e con tanta delicatezza. Nonostante tutto, posso dire di non aver mai sentito dolore. Spero di essere stata precisa in ogni dettaglio, di non aver dimenticato nulla affinché possa rendere merito a quanto vissuto. Infine, ancora grazie, grazie, grazie infinite, ma non sarà mai abbastanza all'adorabile Ceren, la mia stella.Suggerisco a chi dovesse desiderare di migliorare il proprio aspetto e di conseguenza la propria autostima di non esitare a contattare la Cygnus Clinic, poiché nulla, e dico nulla viene lasciato al caso. Altro che 5 stelle, per me né meritate 100🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟alti standard qualitativi e sempre da voi tornerei

Con i chirurghi migliori, professionali e che ti ascoltano, personale della clinica competente, c’è la traduttrice Ceren che traduce bene tutto, parla italiano meglio degli italiani ahah, e la mia referente Leyla beh che dire, unica, simpatica e sempre sul pezzo, ti aiuta e ti viene incontro in tutti i modi. prezzo fantastico super competitivo, soprattutto per l’altissima qualità dell’intervento e soprattutto dopo l’intervento state 1 giorno in ospedale non vi cacciano a casa come in Italia… io mi sono trovata benissimo in tutto, è andato tutto benissimo non ci sono state complicanze. Consiglio al 100%

Mi sono sottoposta a una rinosettoplastica secondaria e la mia esperienza è stata davvero molto positiva. L’intervento è andato benissimo: già dopo un’ora camminavo, ho potuto mangiare senza difficoltà e mi sentivo bene. Anche lo staff è stato sempre gentile, disponibile e attento in ogni momento. Consiglio vivamente questa clinica!

Currently back home in Australia, almost 6 weeks post mummy makeover. From the moment of first contact, leading up to surgery and now post surgery Cygnus Clinic has been nothing but accommodating. I was lucky enough to be liaising with Esra and she was so quick and responsive at any time of the day, super helpful and always had everything taken care of ahead of time which was amazing as it allowed me to just focus on my recovery. Dr Omer was absolutely incredible I am amazed by my results and he was so lovely and prepared to actually listen to my concerns and be honest with what he thinks he could achieve for me. Nurse Asli was also a dream, she was super gentle and calm, I would look forward to her visits. My Dr has also since reached out to me twice to ensure my recovery is going smoothly and I have 24/7 contact with everyone on the team which was a huge relief for me. The accommodation, transfers, buffet breakfast, international coordinators in my case Martha, Yağmur and Ceren were all outstanding and I could not have had a better experience!

What made my experience good and comfortable was the stuff help and caring but most thanks are to Esra for being there from beginning to the end

Avevo molta paura dell’intervento e di come fosse il mio viso dopo, ma il dottore è stato veramente eccezionale mi ha spiegato tutto, cosa avrebbe fatto, come sarebbe venuto.. ed alla fine spettacolare..
