⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Excellent Experience from Start to Finish

I honestly had such a positive experience with my surgery in Turkey and couldn’t be happier with the care I received.

From the beginning, the staff were incredibly polite, professional and welcoming. Everyone spoke English well, and communication between all members of the team was excellent. I always felt that everyone was on the same page, which made the entire process feel organised and reassuring.

On the day of surgery, everything happened very quickly and efficiently, which meant I barely had time to feel nervous or stress about anything. The hospital was exceptionally clean, modern and maintained to a very high standard. The aftercare was also excellent, and I felt well looked after throughout my stay.

I’m now recovering and healing beautifully. I’m absolutely thrilled with my results so far — my breast lift scars are looking fantastic, and I’m so happy with my BBL results.

Overall, I had a wonderful experience and am so grateful to the entire team for making what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth, professional and positive. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering surgery in Turkey! ❤️

Sono venuta a conoscenza della clinica tramite i social, dopo essermi informata da altre ragazze che avevano eseguito vari interventi e dopo aver ricevuto le prime informazioni dal consulente ho deciso che mi sarei affidata a loro per i miei due interventi di mastoplastica addittiva e rinoplastica.
Fin da subito ho ricevuto tutte le indicazioni e il consulente ha risposto ad ogni mio dubbio e perplessità quindi non mi restava altro che partire per la mia esperienza. Dal mio arrivo fino alla mia partenza sono sempre stata seguita e non solo sul quadro clinico; organizzati negli spostamenti, nel pernottamento dell’hotel ( tra l’altro stupendo e dotato di ogni comfort) nelle indicazioni pre- operatorie e soprattutto nel post- operatorio. Sono rimasta in clinica una notte dopo l’intervento e ho trovato un equipe favolosa, infermiere davvero professionali e competenti, super attente e premurose. Ho avuto la fortuna di aver avuto un interprete favolosa che mi ha accompagnata per tutta la mia permanenza. Un grazie speciale va ovviamente ai miei due chirurghi Dott. Omer Faruk Kocak e Dott. Sinan Eroglu che hanno soddisfatto le mie aspettative.

I got my nose done 2. October 2026 and it was a pleasent experience at Cygnus Clinic. My doctor was Dr. Sinan, he was really comforting and understanding as well as the nurses and coordinators. Now i am 2 weeks post up and i am already amazed with the results of my nose. I would definetly recommend Dr. Sinan, and i am already planing to return as my friends also want to get their noses done:)))

I recently travelled from Canada for a tummy tuck and 360 Lipo. I cannot stress enough how seamless the process was from transportation, surgery, and recovery. My co-ordinator Emre was an absolute angel always checking in and running things behind the scenes along with coming with us for surgery and release day and the follow up doctors appointment. I don't know what I would have done without my nurse Naz who came to the hotel daily to check on me and give me the most wonderful lymphatic massages. She is truly a gem and I was so lucky to have her. And finally a shout out to Eren my initial consultant who was able to pivot at the last minute and find me an incredible surgeon and hospital to do my surgery. I would recommend Cygnus Clinic to anyone and will be back next year to continue my journey! ❤️❤️

Sono stata presso la clinica Cygnus per fare 2 interventi, mastoplastica additiva e rinoplastica secondaria.
Mi sono trovata benissimo dall’inizio alla fine, dalla prima consulenza su whatsapp al risultato finale ( che ha superato le aspettative 🤩 )
L’equipe medica e tutto lo staff sono stati molto professionali, mi hanno seguita per tutta la durata dell’esperienza e anche dopo a casa tramite whatsapp.

La mia esperienza presso la Cygnius Clinic di Istanbul per la mia mastopessi è stata davvero eccellente e merita, a mio avviso, di essere raccontata.

Fin dal primo momento ho percepito professionalità, serietà e grande attenzione verso il paziente. Il chirurgo si è dimostrato estremamente preparato, scrupoloso e responsabile, trasmettendomi sicurezza e fiducia durante tutto il percorso. Ma ciò che mi ha colpito maggiormente è stata la capacità di comprendere esattamente il risultato che desideravo e di lavorare con grande precisione per ottenere un risultato armonioso e naturale.

Un ringraziamento speciale va anche a Ceren, la mia referente turca, che parla uno splendido italiano. È stata una presenza fondamentale durante tutta la mia esperienza: gentile, disponibile, preparata ed estremamente esaustiva nel rispondere a ogni mia domanda. Mi sono sentita realmente seguita e presa in carico, anche nei momenti in cui avevo dubbi, preoccupazioni o piccoli imprevisti da gestire. Ceren è sempre riuscita a trovare una soluzione, a tranquillizzarmi e a farmi sentire che non ero mai sola nel percorso.

E poi c'è il risultato, che per me è la parte più importante.

Nel mio caso si trattava di una mastopessi senza protesi, partendo da un seno molto cadente e svuotato. Proprio per questo avevo tante aspettative, ma anche qualche timore. Il risultato ha superato completamente le mie aspettative: il chirurgo è riuscito a ottenere un seno molto naturale, armonioso, proporzionato ed esteticamente davvero superbo, senza l'utilizzo di protesi.

Trovo davvero strabiliante il lavoro svolto, soprattutto considerando la situazione di partenza. Il risultato non appare artificiale, ma al contrario elegante, naturale e in armonia con il mio corpo.

Sono molto soddisfatta della mia scelta e dell'intero percorso, dalla prima assistenza fino al risultato finale.

Grazie alla Cygnus Clinic, al chirurgo e soprattutto a Ceren per la professionalità, la disponibilità e l'attenzione con cui sono stata seguita. La sensazione di essere affidata a persone competenti e realmente presenti ha fatto una grandissima differenza nella mia esperienza.

My experience so far has been perfect every thing has ran smoothly right from being being picked up at the airport to after my surgery my surgeon was dr Erhan I’m 3 weeks post op and recovering well after having facial surgery I would recommend dr Erhan and go back to again the nurses at the hospital are wonderful and couldn’t fault the after care when you come out of surgery constant being checked on and made comfortable
Any problems questions or concerns the lovely care team are only a wattsapp away and get back to you prompt excellent service from the beginning and still now

È la seconda volta che mi affido a loro ed è la seconda volta che dico wow.
L'organizzazione è studiata nei minimi dettagli.
Il driver che ti accoglie in aeroporto e ti accompagna nei vari spostamenti,i receptionist dell'hotel,l'infermiera che passa giornalmente per le medicazioni,la tua tutor personale pronta a tradurre ed ad intervenire qualora sia necessario un chiarimento. Il personale d'ufficio sempre disponibile e paziente.
Il personale della clinica ospedaliera.
L'ambiente è pulito e molto professionale.
Sei sempre monitorata 24h su 24h.
In 24 h le infermiere saranno passate 15 volte. Sempre a controllare i drenaggi misurare la temperatura,la saturazione e la pressione oltre a monitorare costantemente la somministrazione dei farmaci via flebo.
2 interventi a 4 mesi di distanza.
Rinoplastica ricostruttiva da incidente la prima volta con la dottoressa Tugce (è pazzesca).
Secondo intervento mastopessi senza protesi con il dottor Omar.Una persona formidabile.
Preciso e meticoloso.
Risultato? Un capolavoro.
Il seno è uscito come lo desideravo.
Cavoli è come se avesse letto i miei pensieri.
L'anestesista? Vabbè sono una sua fan.
In genere faccio fatica a riprendermi,invece con lui è stato tutto diverso.Non ho avuto nessun problema.
Anche se sono scesa sola non mi sono mai sentita sola per un attimo perché lo staff è sempre pronto ad intervenire.
Io vi consiglio Cygnus perché sono dei professionisti esperti,soprattutto per chi cerca quell'esclusività che in Italia è molto carente.

I cannot recommend this company enough! I came to them after having issues with another company who were misleading with their surgeon recommendations which completed broke my trust in their competence. I had combined breast revision with Dr. Omer and nose with Dr. Tugce, both of which were complex cases I was made to feel at complete ease throughout the whole process and the consultation process was so relaxed and informative I was so calm as everything was explained so clearly. Not only was the surgeons incredible every member of staff I had correspondence with were amazing especially Alina my co ordinatior she was so helpful in keeping me informed of every step and was sooo lovely! The care I received post surgery was significantly better than what I received in the UK the whole process was stress free. I will 100% be using them in the future!

PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY IN THE UK !! CYGNUS IS THE BEST !! COME TO TURKEY ... get the best treatments by the best doctors , amazing aftercare , the hospital is cleaner and more equipped than any uk hospital! Transfers and hotel are amazing , ive come back for the second time this year , had breast reduction and implants and now ive had my nose and arms done . Literally the best thing I chose to do because I feel like a new woman ! The hospital staff are all friendly and welcoming. Emre was my co-ordinator/translator he was lovely and very informative 👏. Also Erin who im yet to meet yet . I trust this clinic so much ive got my friend to have her tummy tuck with them and I will be returning for a mini tummy tuck before I get married next year .

I had 2 surgeries, a fox eye and brow lift with Dr Emre and BBL with Dr Malik and my experience was 2nd to none. I was very well looked after, well informed, picked up from the airport and picked up for my surgery and all my appointments and dropped off after and taken to the airport on my exit. Everyone from my surgeons, to my coordinators, the my lovely nurse Naz who visited me everyday in my hotel were lovely, so so nice and hospitable. The surgery itself was so easy and the nurses were so attentive, I really recommend this place. It’s been 6 weeks now and my recovery has been so good, so far, really happy with my results, I honestly have no complaints

Ho effettuato una rinoplastica e dire che sono soddisfatta é dir poco!! Un team disponibile e fantastico, mi sono sentita accolta fin da quando ho messo piede in clinica, la traduttrice Ceren è un tesoro, simpatica e sempre reperibile, devo dire che mi ha anche rassicurata molto!

I honestly cannot speak highly enough of Cygnus Clinic and the care I have received throughout my entire surgery journey in Istanbul.

Travelling from Australia to Turkey alone for major surgery is a HUGE thing. Naturally I had nerves about being so far away from home and wondered what the experience and aftercare would actually be like once I arrived. From the beginning, though, Cygnus Clinic made everything feel organised, safe and incredibly personal.

I especially need to mention Esra, because she has honestly been an absolute angel throughout this entire experience. ❤️ From before I even arrived in Turkey through to my surgery and recovery, she has been there for me constantly. She has answered my endless questions, reassured me when I needed it, checked in on me, helped organise things and made sure I was comfortable and knew what was happening.

What I appreciate most about Esra is that her care has never felt like it’s simply part of her job. She is genuinely warm, caring and incredibly easy to talk to, and she has made me feel like a person rather than just another patient. Being alone on the other side of the world recovering from major surgery, having someone like that looking out for you makes an enormous difference. Esra has definitely been one of the biggest reasons this experience has been as positive as it has been for me. ❤️

Yağmur also deserves a huge thank you. ❤️ She has been wonderful throughout my experience — supportive, reassuring and always willing to help. Between Esra and Yağmur, I have always felt that I had someone I could contact and that I was never left trying to work things out on my own.

I also want to give a special mention to Emre and Ayşe, who have both been so lovely, welcoming and helpful. ❤️ Every person I’ve dealt with at Cygnus has contributed to making me feel comfortable and cared for.

And then there is Naz, my wonderful visiting nurse. ❤️ Having Naz come to my hotel to check on me and perform my lymphatic drainage massages has been such an important part of my aftercare. She is gentle, reassuring and genuinely lovely, and having that continued professional care after leaving hospital has made me feel incredibly safe.

The organisation has also been fantastic. From my airport transfer and transportation between my hotel and Istanbul Aesthetic Center, to making sure I knew where I needed to be and what was happening throughout my surgery and recovery, everything has been taken care of. When you’re thousands of kilometres away from home, that level of support means more than I can explain.

I’m only 5 days post-op, but my recovery so far has been amazing. I’ve had no complications, virtually no pain and I already feel incredible. My surgeon, Dr Ömer Faruk Koçak, deserves enormous credit for my surgical results, but the experience surrounding the surgery and the quality of the aftercare matter enormously too — and Cygnus Clinic has exceeded my expectations.

What has stood out most is how genuinely cared for I have felt. At a time when you’re swollen, vulnerable and a very long way from home, having people around you who make you feel safe and supported is priceless.

Esra, especially — thank you for being my person throughout all of this. ❤️ And Yağmur, Naz, Emre, Ayşe and the entire Cygnus Clinic team, thank you for everything you have done for me. You’ve turned what could have been a very daunting experience into something I will remember incredibly positively.

I can only recommend the Cygnis Clinic. Dr. Tugce and the staff were great! Very competent and friendly. Everything was taken care of and well organized.

I wanted to wait atleast a year before I write a review to properly assess the results. I had my rhinoplasty in April 2025 and I want to share a feedback here: first communication with Eren, what an amazing adviser, I felt heard and understood from day one he contacted me. He was super responsive to all my questions and completely honest with what I should expect. I felt that he cared about patients and that was essential for me as I went for the surgery alone with no companion. Now the surgery , the doctor and the hospital. Everything was immaculate, I had my surgery with Dr. Sinan, I am glad I went with his recommendation because my nose looks natural and it doesn’t have the “fake” effect. The recovery was smooth, the nurses were very caring and made sure I don’t feel alone or left out. I was so scared before going for this trip but now I wish I went sooner.
