Ho trovato Cygnus Clinic tramite social, inizialmente ero molto scettica essendo all’estero e per la differenza linguistica.
Mi sono trovata ben accolta fin dalle prime consultazioni telefoniche.
Tutto il workflow all’interno della clinica si è svolto perfettamente, tutti molto gentili e disponibili.
Sono stata seguita in lingua italiana da Ceren, super disponibile anche per whatsapp per qualsiasi necessità.
Ottima anche l’organizzazione di hotel, transfer, visite infermieristiche in hotel. …

I had a rhinoplasty done with Cygnus clinic and the care was outstanding. Very kind and friendly on arrival and throughout the process. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was organised perfectly. The doctor was gentle and he did a perfect natural nose that fits my face perfectly. I am from Italy and also the flight back home was super easy.

Non era la prima volta che mi sottoponevo a degli interventi con la Cygnus Clinic e sono sempre stata molto soddisfatta, e sapevo che anche per la rinoplastica con il dottor Sinan Eroglu non avrei avuto delusioni. Infatti ho ottenuto un risultato naturale come avevo chiesto, rispettando l’armonia del mio viso.

had a really great experience overall. The clinic itself is amazing, and my surgeon, Dr. Sinan Eroğlu, is truly excellent. Even though my nose is still quite swollen, I’m already very happy with the results so far.
I felt very well taken care of throughout the entire process, both at the clinic and in the hospital. The nurses were incredibly kind and attentive, and I always felt comfortable and safe. The care I received was really good, and even the food was great.

The team from Cygnus Clinic was super friendly and always helpful. They answered all my questions and were very supportive. My coordinators were especially kind, and everything was very well organized from start to finish.

The only small downside for me was the hotel room, but that’s not something the clinic can really control.

Overall, my experience with Cygnus Clinic was amazing, and I would definitely recommend them.

Ho scelto cygnus per la seconda volta e non smetterei mai di farlo, le mie esperienze sono state meravigliose, ho fatto rinoplastica e otoplastica, sono stata coccolata come una principessa da tutti, Cere, la mia coordinatrice è stata un angelo, impeccabile in tutto, e Sinan è un vero mago, il migliore in assoluto, i miei risultati sono stati a dir poco magnifici💙🦢

What makes a clinic? The building or the people?! It’s the people! The staff, yes! Firstly, the clinic itself is super super clean and looks very “in order”. Meaning, they’ve literally got everything you need post surgery! 10/10 for me!

Yağmur and Esra - they’re dolls! I mean that from the bottom of my heart! Literal dolls, so kind, courteous and they made me feel so welcomed. It’s as if I’d known them for years and years. Such pure souls and very down to earth too. You can ask them anything and everything - they’re always and I mean always happy to help 💓💓

Prior to my surgery, Esra had kept in contact with me throughout the entire time! No joke! She was super attentive and as a matter of fact, I was very blessed to have these two beautiful ladies arrange my surgery 💓

Brilliant facilities. Brilliant staff. Surgeon is just OMG… he was an absolute superstar! Such a down to earth and humble human being! I wanted to take him home.

Not only am I extremely satisfied with my surgery but, I’m thinking of coming back next year for some more treatments!

My surgery was booked quite last minute and I was very nervous as I had not had much time to speak with other patients on their experience I had no reason to worry both are excellent surgeons ! Cygnus made the whole experience run so smoothly in particular my coordinator Yagmur.. she was fabulous always on hand to answer my questions I have had surgery in Turkey before but never had this experience it was flawless start to finish thank you !

Well as you know its a absolute minefield out there on what company to pick ect .
But I really im so happy with the service I received ☺️
Everyone i came in contact with really do go above & beyond.
Nothing is any hassle and anything you are unsure about you can just WhatsApp them and they will help .
I am home now and had a question and they were still quick to answer.
You find with alot of companies once you are home contact is no longer a priority.
But with this company it is not the case ,which im so thankful for .
So stop the mindless scrolling looking for a good honest company as this is one to go with rite here .

My name is Azra and I have had recently facelift at Cygnus clinic.Honestly I don’t know from where to start,from coordinators,stuff,nurses where amazing,but doctor Emre was so professional understanding trough all my surgery and afterwards.Everything was excellent.Very 100%recommended.You can trust them that they will be there for you and quick respond,also I have to add they pick up service is also trustworthy and on time.

where do i start if i could give 10 stars i really would ,amazing experience from start to finish everything from doing my research to booking to actually going during and post op was amazing service the after care was amazing to always checked in to see if i was ok dur to the fact i was on my own. i want to give a special thanks to eren what a credit he is to the company he is just fantastic im 3 weeks post op and still checking in on me .special thanks to elizibeth yugmar and naz the the nurse you were amazing made every thing so wonderful . even the drivers were amazing they were wonderful. i highly recomend cygnus 10 star service all the way . wouldnt trust any other clinic . 😁❤️

I decided to have my nose surgery with Dr. Sinan Eroğlu after doing a lot of research and comparing different doctors, and in the end it was the best decision I could have made. I am very happy that I chose him. Dr. Eroğlu is an excellent doctor with a lot of experience and has a very good eye for aesthetics. He really took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and worked hard to make sure my wishes were fully achieved. Even though my nose has not fully healed yet (I had my surgery just a week ago), I already love it. Overall, I felt just little pain and also didn’t have any bruising. I never felt rushed, like it was just “next patient.” Instead, he spent time talking to me, listening carefully, and creating a calm and comfortable atmosphere. Even after the surgery, he came by several times, asked how I was feeling, and answered all my questions, which made me feel very safe and cared for.

Starting with the coordinators, especially Ceren, Eren, Asli, and Martha – they were incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. As soon as my surgery was confirmed, a group was created with all the coordinators responsible for me, which made communication seamless and very organized. They were not only very organized and responsive but also emotionally supportive. They helped calm my fears, made me feel understood, and were genuinely caring. I always felt comfortable asking anything, even small or seemingly unimportant questions, without feeling awkward. Their kindness and attention made a huge difference. Even now, after returning to my home country, they remind me that I can always reach out if I need help or have any questions, and they encourage me to keep them updated about my healing. This ongoing support is very important, and it really shows how caring and reliable the whole team is.

The nurses were also wonderful. They frequently checked on me to see if I needed anything or if everything was okay, and were always attentive and caring.

The anesthesiologist was very kind and helped me feel relaxed and safe before the surgery.

The entire organization, including transportation and pick-ups, was perfectly arranged. The drivers were always punctual, which made everything stress-free. They were also very friendly and helpful.

Overall, everything went smoothly and I am extremely happy with my decision to choose this clinic. The planning, the care, and the attention to every detail were all excellent. I would do it again without hesitation. If you are unsure, I can truly recommend Dr.Sinan Eroğlu and Cygnus Clinic from the bottom of my heart.

Mi sono operata una settimana fa e la mia esperienza con la Clinica Cygnus di Istanbul è stata ottima. Mi sono rivolta a loro per due interventi complessi di revisione: una mastopessi con protesi e una rinoplastica, so che ci vorrà un po’ per il risultato definitivo ma ad oggi posso dire che ..
Fin dal primo momento sono stata seguita con grande professionalità e attenzione. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Heilen, che mi ha supportata nella scelta della clinica con pazienza e disponibilità, rispondendo sempre in modo chiaro e tempestivo a ogni mia domanda.
Arrivata a Istanbul, sono stata accolta e seguita da Yagmur, la coordinatrice e traduttrice, Sempre disponibile , gentile e professionale, mi ha accompagnata passo dopo passo, rendendo tutto il percorso più semplice e sereno, soprattutto in un contesto internazionale.
Un altro aspetto che voglio sottolineare è la qualità dell’assistenza post-operatoria: tutte le infermiere sono state super carine, disponibili e attente.
Il dottor Sinan Eroglu per il naso e dottor Omer Faruk kocak per il seno si sono dimostrati altamente qualificati, attenti alle mie esigenze e molto precisi nel comprendere il risultato che desideravo. Gli interventi sono andati benissimo e il risultato ha superato le mie aspettative: naturale, armonioso e perfettamente in linea con ciò che avevo in mente.
Consiglio vivamente la Clinica Cygnus a chiunque stia pensando di affrontare un percorso di chirurgia estetica, soprattutto per interventi di revisione, dove competenza ed esperienza fanno davvero la differenza. Un’esperienza positiva che rifarei senza alcun dubbio!

A good experience, start to finish!
One thing I like about this clinic is they put you to sleep in your hospital room, rather than you seeing the surgery room (which freaks me out) Eren was our co-ordinator. I love him, he’s amazing and always messages me even til now to check in. He’s so knowledgeable and down to earth.
The surgery was quick (I had revision rhinoplasty, a surgeon at another clinic in Istanbul gave me an upturned nose previously. And I also had upper bleph)
My nose now looks fabulous, my eyes are still healing but the results for it are 10/10. I’ve seen results from people in the uk who’ve had upper bleph and not to blow my own horn but my results are way better.
Any future surgery I require I will be going to Cygnus Clinic. The results and customer service was 10/10 throughout and I appreciate Eren so much♥️

From my very first enquiry to the day of my cast removal, my whole experience was honestly a breeze. The team I spoke to were incredibly empathetic and supportive, and their English was perfect which meant there was never any miscommunication or confusion along the way. Elizabeth was incredible!

Everything was organised for me by Elizabeth and Eren. transfers to and from the airport, the hotel, and the clinic so I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. The whole process felt very smooth and stress-free. I was consistently reassured on the day of surgery and everything was explained super clearly, which made me feel really comfortable and confident in my decision.

Even after the surgery, the care didn’t stop. I received followup messages to check on how I was doing, which meant a lot and showed how much they genuinely care about their patients.

Cast-off day was amazing. Seeing my new nose for the first time was such a special moment. It’s exactly how I envisioned it! not a fake “Barbie” nose, just my own nose but more refined and feminine.

Dr Sinan was incredible throughout the whole journey, and I’m so happy I chose him and Cygnus to take care of me. I truly couldn’t recommend them enough.
The feeling of cast off and silicone removal is the best. It’s made the 6 days wait worth it all
