The coordinators were friendly and helpful, but the endoscopic fox eye surgery and dimple surgery were a complete waste of time, money, and pain.

After just a few weeks, everything went back to how it was before. I spent a significant amount of money only to look exactly the same.

The dimple wasn't visible from the beginning. I was told to keep smiling and that it would eventually appear, but it never did. I don't have a dimple, only scars inside my mouth.

The endoscopic fox eye surgery was equally disappointing. There has been no visible change whatsoever, only noticeable scars on my temples in front of my hairline. I was assured the scars wouldn't be visible, but they are. I can't even wear my hair in a ponytail without them showing.

Based on my experience, I deeply regret having these procedures and would not recommend them.

Puntuali in aereoporto, autista molto disponibile, dovevo cambiare i soldi e mi ha portato al primo centro cambi valuta, hotel Ramada 5 stelle favoloso, ospedale molto disponibili e gentili, hanno superato le mie sincere aspettative, la traduttrice Cirin favolosa, ragazza di bella presenza e molto disponibile e in fine il dottor.Sinan ha delle mani d'oro nonostante sia ancora giovane, sempre sorridente e cortese.
Sono più che soddisfatto per il risultato(il risultato lo si vede dopo che si sgonfia la faccia e il naso, non fate come me che vi fate prendere dalla preoccupazione il giorno in cui ho tolto i tamponi) Grazie di cuore a tutti.

Ho contattato per le informazioni dopo aver visto il risultato di un’amica, e così ho effettuato la mia rinosettoplastica con il Dr Sinan, di cui ho apprezzato non solo la professionalità ma anche la passione che traspare per il suo lavoro. Il dottore ha realizzato il naso che desideravo da sempre. Sono stata seguita dal primo momento e anche successivamente all’intervento, sempre con disponibilità da Ceren, Marta e Su, che hanno risposto a domande, dubbi, e seguito il mio post operatorio. So che ci vorrà un po’ per vedere il risultato effettivo ma io sono già contentissima così, Finalmente mi piace il mio naso!

Ho eseguito un intervento di lifting con il Dott.Erhan Guneri, sono molto soddisfatta della mia scelta, a 23 giorni di distanza dall'intervento i risultati sono già molto soddisfacenti.

Sto scrivendo questa recensione dal letto dell’albergo qui ad Instanbul. Ho appena tolto i drenaggi e fatto il controllo post operatorio con il dottor Omer. Premetto che per esigenze personali sono venuta da sola ed ho affrontato un’operazione combinata: addominoplastica, lifting alle braccia , lipo360 alla schiena e lipo jplasma alle cosce. Cèren è stata disponibilissima a tradurre tutto nei minimi dettagli , mi hanno accolta tutti con gentilezza e garbo, dai transfer fuori l’aeroporto, all’hotel, alla clinica. La clinica è pulitissima , organizzata , il personale non ti lascia mai sola, ci sono infermieri h24 che corrono al primo squillo di campanello. Hanno perfino la delicatezza di fare l’anestesia prima che ti renda conto di essere entrata in sala operatoria. Mi sono sentita al sicuro , anche se sola e lontano da casa.Consigliatissima. Cygnus Clinic… you did not disappoint. Absolutely amazing from the second I reached out to the second I left the country.
For anyone reading this review and haven’t booked a surgeon or wondering who to use - go via Cygnus!
Let’s start with my coordinator - Esra. She is my beautiful queen who guided me through everything and was the most amazing support throughout. I booked Cygnus because of how comfortable she made me feel.
The wider coordinator, medical and nurse teams, second to none! The hospital staff were there every second you needed them and super attentive. I travelled alone for the surgery so was extremely nervous but they were beyond amazing.
Dr Omer… a miracle worker. He understood exactly what I wanted and delivered just that. Nothing more to say. He checked in, followed up and is available if I need him still which is perfect.
To sum up my experience, it has been the easiest and best experience I could have imagined. I would recommend the Cygnus team to anyone and if I wanted further surgery, would certainly use them again!

Had rhinoplasty with Dr tugce simsek and she was BRILLAINT! i can't stress how excellent she is. I would recommend her for anyone interested in having a primary or secondary procedure. She is a superstar.!! From start to finish , the whole process was great. And a big shout out to Eren, who was absolutely fabulous.If anyone is looking to get surgery in turkey for rhinoplasty , you have to go to cygnus and use dr tugce!!!

I had my surgery done 12th of May and its all thanks to the amazing Esra that helped me decided to go with cygnus clinic, from the very first time i message her she has been unbelievable with me whenever iv message her no matter what time she always get back to me. throughout my whole time even being back home she will always message to check on me to see how I'm doing she even personally came to visit me one evening at my hotel to see how i was doing she is worth her weight in gold and it's because of her i will be returning for more surgery next year ,every one at cygnus clinic i can not fault they were all amazing 10/10 ,the clinic it self was super clean, the nurse's were so caring and also I have got say the biggest thank you Dr Omar faruk kocak and also he's surgical team they have given me back my confidence and made me feel amazing I cannot recommend the whole team at cygnus clinic enough

Per la seconda volta sono tornata alla Cygnus per effettuare questa volta una mastoplastica additiva con tecnica dual plane e protesi da 415 c.c. , che dire il risultato parla da sé, hanno pure questa volta realizzato un mio desiderio alla perfezione, ve la consiglio vivamente, il chirurgo e l’equipe medica saranno sempre con voi e disponibili per ogni eventuale dubbio o necessità. ❤️

The team at Cygnus clinic - especially Esra whom I dealt with directly - have been amazing.
Any question or request was attended to straight away.
Their communication is excellent and they are so thorough with the information they provide.
The clinic and the surgeons are very honest and won’t just take your money if they think the surgery is unsafe to carry out. I highly recommend Cygnus clinic to anyone who is looking to do any type of cosmetic treatment and or surgery abroad.

What made my experience great?
ESRA!!!!! Esra is the one who made it great!!! Esra was my patient coordinator, who communicated with me from my first enquiry - right through until the procedure was complete and I reached home. Esra would often say; “please contact me at any time for anything”, and boy did she mean it!!! I could literally message Esra at midnight & she’d respond.
I cannot express my gratitude to Esra. She bent over backwards for me to ensure I had the best experience. Which I did, thanks to her!!!! She helped me out in ways other companies deemed impossible. She made things work that other companies wouldn’t look at.
Esra - I love you. 😭❤️ all I can say is THANK YOU!!!! But it would NEVER be enough. CYGNUS Clinic, is SOOOOO lucky to have you. They had a client in me, because of you. They now have a return client, because of you. They also now have other clients I will be referring because of you.

Sono appena tornata, dopo una settimana da sogno!!! Ho realizzato finalmente il mio sogno e nel frattempo mi sono fatta una mini vacanza visto che cmq stavo benissimo!!
Ho fatto una rinosettoplastica col chirurgo sinan eroglu e ringrazio lui e tutto lo staff della clinica, super attenti e presenti.. e le ragazze della cygnus un amore davvero.. la mia coordinatrice Su e Yagmur il top davvero!! Simpatiche, attente, presenti.. che dire!! Ti fanno sentire a casa mia tutti.. io che sono in tipo ansioso, una volta arrivata li ero super serena stranamente.. mi hanno operata per prima, durata totale neanche 3 orette... L'indomani che mi hanno dimesso dalla clinica ero già in giro!! E ho fatto di tutto... Fortunatamente non ho avuto lividi, mi sono gonfiata ma è tutto nella norma quindi tranquilli... Siete in ottime mani!! Io lo farei altre 100 volte e il chirurgo Sinan è davvero bravissimo, sempre col sorriso... Ti mette veramente a tuo agio!! Troppo carino!!!

A parte i prezzi ottimi per il servizio garantito ma la cosa più importante è il lavoro del chirurgo, pare abbia le mani magiche. Il personale è disponibile, la clinica molto pulita e attrezzata. Persino l’infermiera che viene per i controlli quotidiani in hotel è dolcissima e super attenta. Per qualsiasi domanda e necessità vieni assistito. Raccomando pienamente 🙏

Esperienza fantastica! Ho effettuato un intervento di rinoplastica e il risultato é esattamente quello che volevo! La clinica si é occupata di tutto alla perfezione soprattutto la coordinatrice Ceren sempre attenta e gentile in ogni situazione. Il dottore Sinan Eroglu ha delle mani d’oro , dopo 7 giorni il risultato era già fantastico. Consiglio in tutto e per tutto questa clinica mi sono trovata benissimo ❤️

The team at Cygnus Clinic were amazing during my experiencing there, I received so much care and support from both the staff and surgeon. I can’t thank Esra and Ceren enough for answering all of my questions and organising the procedure. During our stay we had no issues at all. Transport and accommodation was all included in the total cost and we received ongoing support from the coordination staff and nurses . I got a rhinoplasty procedure done by Dr Sinan Eroglu and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome of the procedure! I would highly recommend Cygnus Clinic and would definitely go back for any further procedures😊

Mi sono affidata alla clinica Cygnus per una mastopessi senza protesi sotto consiglio di un’amica che si è operata presso di loro pochi mesi fa e mi sono trovata benissimo dall’inizio alla fine!
Tutto il personale è sempre stato super gentile e disponibile dal primo momento fino al ritorno a casa.
In particolare devo ringraziare Martha e Ceren per la disponibilità nelle rapide risposte e la professionalità.
Il dottor Omer Faruk, un vero professionista, è stato preciso nella spiegazione di ciò che avrebbe fatto ed ha assecondato perfettamente le mie richieste, il risultato mi piace tantissimo!
Anche le infermiere super professionali, gentili e attente.
Nel complesso si è svolto tutto nella maniera più liscia possibile grazie alla comunicazione semplice tramite whatsapp, tutte le info sugli orari e spostamenti molto precisi e anche il supporto in caso di domande mediche.
l’hotel a 5 stelle vicino al centro commerciale è stata una vera comodità per fare dei giri e mangiare e anche avere il ristorante nell’hotel per non dover uscire
Anche sull’hotel nulla di dire, tutto il personale super disponibile.
Sono a una settimana dal mio intervento per cui il risultato guarito lo vedrò tra qualche mese ma sono già super soddisfatta! Sicuramente se dovessi pensare a fare qualche altra operazione tornerei assolutamente da loro

I can't recommend this clinic and the people who work there enough. They are all very professional and attentive throughout the entire process. I had a smooth week after my rhinoplasty. The nurse came to visit me. The hotel is amazing, everyone is always very helpful. Very happy with the whole process.

I flew from Las Vegas to Cygnus Clinic for a nose job with Dr. Sinan and a breast augmentation with Dr. Omer, and I’m really happy I did. 😱💘✨
I was a little nervous traveling that far for surgery, but everything was well organized and the team made the whole process feel easy. Communication was clear, and I always knew what was going on.
Both doctors took the time to listen to what I wanted and didn’t try to push anything extra, which I really appreciated. The results look natural and balanced: exactly what I was hoping for.
Also, thank you to Eren and my coordinator Yağmur for being so helpful and supportive throughout.
Overall, it was a smooth experience, and I’m glad I made the trip.
