Cygnus Clinic Reviews 

La mia esperienza con Cygnus Clinic si è rivelata estremamente negativa. La struttura si è dimostrata molto abile nel vendere aspettative, ma completamente assente quando si tratta di assumersi responsabilità nei confronti del paziente, che viene trattato come un numero anziché come una persona.
Nell’ottobre 2025 mi sono rivolta a questa struttura per una rinoplastica di revisione, convinta dalle rassicurazioni della coordinatrice, che mi prospettava ottimi risultati sia estetici che funzionali.
Mi era stato prospettato un intervento di rinoplastica di revisione con innesti costali. Questo però non è mai avvenuto. Il risultato è completamente difforme dalle aspettative, sia dal punto di vista estetico sia da quello funzionale.
Durante la permanenza in ospedale, la presenza fisica di un interprete è stata scarsa e la comunicazione è stata affidata quasi esclusivamente a traduttori automatici. La visita medica è stata molto superficiale: è durata pochi minuti e non mi è sembrata caratterizzata da una reale e approfondita valutazione clinica.
Tutta la fase pre e post-operatoria è stata gestita con troppa fretta e approsimazione, come se fossi solamente un numero da smaltire, senza rendersi conto di quanto gravi possano essere le conseguenze.
Mi trovo ora quindi ad affrontare un problema funzionale: non riesco a respirare correttamente, con pesanti ripercussioni sulla mia qualità di vita.
Nonostante le mie ripetute segnalazioni alla coordinatrice e al medico, le mie preoccupazioni sono state minimizzate, attribuendo tutto a un generico gonfiore post-operatorio.
Successivamente, dopo una visita specialistica in Italia, mi è stato riferito che sarà necessario sottopormi a un nuovo e complesso intervento di ricostruzione con innesti cartilaginei in quanto è stato compromesso il funzionamento del mio naso.
Per eventuali correzioni, Cygnus Clinic mi ha richiesto un ulteriore pagamento, circostanza che considero inaccettabile.
A mio avviso, questa non è cura del paziente, ma una gestione che ho percepito come orientata esclusivamente al profitto.
Mi rendo conto oggi di quanto sia stato un errore affidarmi a una struttura scelta anche perché proponeva un prezzo apparentemente più basso. Mi sono pentita di questa scelta, un prezzo inizialmente più basso può infatti non significare necessariamente un risparmio, soprattutto se in seguito si è costretti ad affrontare ulteriori interventi, spese e difficoltà.
Per quanto mi riguarda, è stata un’esperienza estremamente negativa sotto ogni punto di vista.
Non tornerei mai più in questa clinica.

Amazing experience! Everything was pre set out for our arrival including the taxi fairs, food, medications and consultations. Really helps in stressful situations. They answer the phone 24/7 , during our stay in Istanbul they provided us with info for where to do groceries, how to order food, places to visit and stuff xx Moreover a nurse checked up on me post op every morning in the hotel which i loved! I highly recommend! Doctors and staff are very kind and understanding xx

I had a breast reduction surgery a couple of years ago here, the stitching was botched, my nipples are visibly different sizes, one double the other. Also the placement was careless, as I had nipple piercings prior, the surgeon placed them horizontally. But that’s a minor issue. The main issue being the stitching technique which was used on me. Horrible. I contacted them privately a while ago now that I’m fully healed to address this issue that has caused me sever insecurity and psychological discomfort, they never cared to respond to my money. Please be aware that this business is more so money oriented than client care.

I had the absolute best experience with Cyngus Clinic!! Every single person I talked with was so incredibly sweet and caring. Yağmur was an absolute angel and had everything so organized and ready at all times. Dr. Sinan was so kind and such an amazing doctor, I am obsessed with my results and will be referring friends!! Cyngus Clinic had everything perfectly organized. I did not have to think about anything or was stressed at any point, all I had to do was show up and everything was ready. The hospital nurses were the kindest medical professionals I have ever met, I felt 100% taken care of during my night stay. I am so grateful I chose Cyngus Clinic for my rhinoplasty, it is the best decision I have ever made!! Don’t even bother looking at other options after finding Cyngus, you will not regret it!!!

I was recommended cygnus clinic from family members who have also been to them who had a very good experience.
I couldn’t be happier with my rhinoplasty results and my overall experience at Cygnus Clinic. From start to finish, everything was so smooth, professional and welcoming. The whole team made me feel comfortable and well looked after throughout my journey.

A special thank you to Ceren and Ayse, who were absolutely amazing and so helpful throughout the whole process. They were always there to answer my questions, reassure me and make sure I felt supported.

I’m genuinely so happy with my results and so glad I chose Cygnus Clinic. I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering any surgery.

Service so good the people and city beautiful i love my nose it’s still healing but the doctor surgeon refined my nose good it feels like my natural nose but better i would definitely recommend this place 10/10 my experience was smooth i would do it all over again they made me feel very comfortable and if you need any help they will help you i enjoyed my experience im 3 weeks post op and it’s healing beautifully.

Tutti super professionali avevo molta paura e sono riusciti a calmarmi , intervento andato benissimo , 0 dolore , tutto come mi aspettavo , oltre l’ intervento , ho fatto una vacanza a Istanbul , dal secondo giorno ho visitato tutta la città’ fatto un sacco di esperienze , consiglio tutta la clinica lo staff e il chirurgo .

Ho effettuato una rinoplastica qui alla Cygnus Clinic con il Dottor Sinan Eroglu, mi sono trovata davvero bene, sono davvero soddisfatta del risultato,sono tutti super disponibili, professionali e gentili☺️ Ti seguono durante tutto il percorso prima dell’operazione, durante e anche nel post operazione sei sempre seguito.

Tutto perfetto.
Ho eseguito rinoplastica, foxy eyes, endoscopic temporal lift, midface lift e brow lift in un unico intervento con la Dottoressa Tugce Simsek.
Lo staff è organizzato, sempre disponibile a rispondere a tutte le domande, il transfer da e per l’aeroporto sempre in orario. Io ho alloggiato all’hotel Ramada, bellissimo e pieno di comodità.
Mi sento di consigliare questa clinica a tutti

DO NOT GET FOX EYE!!!!!

I need to start by stating that my first review was taken down because apparently you cannot use names. When writing something positive you can use a name, but when you want to give a review on your experience it goes against guidelines when mentioning a name in a negative way. I have now removed the names. I got contacted by cygnus regarding my review. A review is about your experience, and this was my experience. I have also put the date of my experience as August 2025 as the calendar doesnt go to July 2025, thats when I had my surgery.

I have been so torn about writing this review because the hospital staff were so kind and caring. But I do feel like I need to make others aware of the fox eye lift as I also saw a review from 8th July 2026 and it happened to another person.

Last year July I went to get the fox eye lift from Cygnus, it lasted around 3 months, if that. My eyes snapped back to normal; I physically felt it, it was the right eye then after around three weeks it happened to the left eye. It appears threads were put in because your eyes are not supposed to snap like that, especially after paying almost £3,000 for the surgery.

Throughout the whole process from when I initially enquired to the day of the surgery I was told it would drop slightly, which is normal, but it would last 3-5 years. I have had an absolute nightmare, the skin under my eyebrows has gone so droopy. This has occurred from the skin being stretched and now that my eyebrows have dropped and gone back to normal the skin that was once tight has dropped and under my eyebrows the skin is just hanging there and it’s so bad, it’s called bunching as I was told the coordinator.

When speaking to the doctor and the coordinator I was told that the bunching had not been caused by the surgery. However, let’s think logically, my whole life I have not had a single issue with that area, the skin has always been firm and tight and all of a sudden a few months after my skin being completely stretched and drops this occurs, so when I was told its not from that it makes zero logical sense.

When I also spoke to the coordinator I told that the surgery is quite complex and doesn’t work on everyone. This is fine but why was this not communicated throughout? It would’ve been my decision to then go ahead.

I was in contact about getting revision done and was told that I’d need to pay for the hospital room etc which is a lot of money. I shouldn’t have to pay again at all. However, because I was happy with the care from the nurses I thought id go for other work on my body from a different doctor as the nurses made me feel safe. They only then said we will do the revision without having to pay the hospital costs as I was paying £8,500 for other surgery so the revision for my fox eye would be covered as I will already be in the hospital. But I have now decided to not go forward with it as im just not happy at all. My eyebrows and eyes are worse than before, and I will have to pay a lot more money then £3,000 to go elsewhere and get it fixed.

I can’t speak on their other work but I can speak for the fox eye. Please just pay extra and go elsewhere for this surgery or just get threads done because its basically what they do. Theres no way it wouldn’t last if the muscles are tightened and moved into place. When you ask for pictures please ask for pictures 6 months post-surgery. You are supposed to lift and move the muscles into place rather than just the skin. It literally happened to someone else, and they also have put up a review regarding this.

A good company would give a full or partial refund, paying almost £3,000 for surgery and it only lasted 3 months is crazy to me. I’m disappointed because it was never communicated with me that it may not work. Maybe it was fine print in the papers I signed but that is not good business as this should’ve been communicated to me when I specifically asked how long does it last.

I’m so disappointed, it was a lot of money for something that only lasted 3 months, if that and now I must deal with the after math.

Cygnus will probably comment back and explain things etc but honestly, they are wrong in what they have done and they know it. Just please do some research and they are also a lot cheaper than everyone else, most times this is not a good thing.

First of let me begin by saying that the reason I even went through with the clinic was because of their amazing patient coordinator Esra , she is one of the most helpful, accomodating and reliable person ever, I would’ve never went through with the trip coming from Australia had it not been for her professionalism and caring nature , no matter how many questions I asked her she was always quick to respond with so much grace. As for the surgery and services everything ran so smoothly, the nurses at the hospital were incredible, caring and accommodating, the driver picked me up from the airport on time and we were driven back for our return flight on time with no issues , they booked us a beautiful hotel , the post op care nurse was so amazing as well and last but not least my bbl and 360 lipo was done by dr Omer and he did everything so proportioned , im so happy with his work , im 3 weeks post op and ive seen a well established surgeon in Sydney and he is amazed by dr Omer’s work. I highly recommend this clinic and definitely if English is your preferred language than dealing with Esra is a must because your experience will be so much better with her support

My partner and I had been talking to a few different clinics before we found Cygnus Clinic, and as soon as we started speaking with Esra, our coordinator, everything just felt a lot easier.
Esra was so lovely from the start. She answered all of our questions, was always easy to get in touch with and made us feel really comfortable with the whole process. We were both having multiple procedures, so there was a lot to organise, but she somehow made it all feel very straightforward. She also told us who our surgeons would be beforehand so we could look into them ourselves.
When we arrived, we were picked up in a luxury car and taken to a beautiful hotel. The next morning I went in for my surgeries while my partner went to his first dental appointment. By the time I was back in my hospital room after surgery, he was on his way back to meet me.
The surgeons were amazing, really friendly, reassuring and happy to answer anything we wanted to ask. The nurses also looked after me really well. I stayed overnight with my partner and was discharged back to the hotel the next day, where a nurse came to see me daily to check everything and help with my dressings.
I’m now over two weeks post-op and back home in Australia, and the aftercare has still been great. I still speak to Esra nearly every day. She checks in on me, I send her photos of my progress and she passes them on to the surgeons, who then let me know if I need to start using anything different or make any changes.
Overall, the whole experience was so much smoother than I expected.
I’m so happy with our experience and my results so far. Also I’m so grateful to Esra and everyone at Cygnus Clinic.

I honestly cannot recommend Cygnus Clinic enough. My entire journey, from my very first enquiry through to my surgery and aftercare, was absolutely perfect.

A huge thank you to Eren, my initial coordinator, who patiently answered every single question I had. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and he made me feel completely informed and at ease before travelling.

To Dr. Sinan Eroglu – thank you for your incredible talent. He truly listened to every concern and every detail of what I wanted, and I genuinely feel he delivered exactly what I had hoped for. His professionalism, skill, and attention to detail gave me complete confidence throughout the whole process.

My coordinator, Ceren, was absolutely amazing. She replied incredibly quickly whenever I needed anything, no matter the time, and always made sure I felt supported throughout my stay. I also want to give a special thank you to Matha and Ayse, who were both so lovely, kind, and incredibly helpful. Every interaction with them made me feel genuinely cared for.

Every airport and hospital pickup and drop-off was perfectly on time, making travelling so easy. The nurse who visited me at the hotel after my surgery was so kind, caring, and reassuring, which really showed how much the clinic values its patients even after the operation.

The hotel was beautiful—glamorous, spotless, and extremely comfortable. Every member of the hotel staff was so welcoming and helpful, making my recovery even more relaxing.

The hospital itself was fantastic, and every doctor, nurse, and member of staff treated me with such kindness and professionalism. My surgery went so smoothly, and I was genuinely amazed by the level of care I received during my overnight stay. I was monitored so closely throughout the night, which made me feel completely safe and looked after.

From beginning to end, the organisation, communication, care, and professionalism exceeded every expectation I had. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

If you’re considering having a procedure in Turkey, I wholeheartedly recommend Cygnus Clinic. You will be in the safest hands, and the level of care you receive is simply outstanding. Thank you to the entire team for making my experience so positive—I will always be grateful.

Eren made our experience a 5 star!! It would have been 5 stars for Cygnus IF the taxis arrived when they said they would, we did wait for the taxis most of the time, We got talking to one of the coordinators who also was good to work with, and she made us aware that the taxi situation is normal, Eren was so polite, had everything I needed at the tip of his fingers, he answered all my questions and made me feel VERY comfortable that I was making the right decision, THANK YOU EREN, you actually feel lik a friend!! Choosing the right clinic for you can be super stressful, but Cygnus Clinic is the one I’d most recommend! I had a rhinoplasty procedure coordinated through them, and they were great.

The WhatsApp coordinator I had, name of Eren, was really good! Not too pushy, didn’t get tired of my one thousand questions and then ghost me, and was very supportive and upfront about everything. The surgeon I was recommended and had my Surgery with, Dr Tugce Simsek, was incredible and did an amazing job that I’m super satisfied with.

At the clinic where my operation was performed, I was treated fairly, and was not rushed to sign the forms. The staff there were great. The WhatsApp group chat they add you to after booking with them was reasonably speedy with providing answers to any questions I had during my recovery.

Overall, Cygnus Clinic was the only company I felt treated me like a human being and not a customer, and so that’s what made me go with them. It’s rare to find that as a foreigner coming over from another country for surgery, but these guys truly get the struggle of all of that and are with you every step of the way.

From the very start, Cygnus clinic were sooo nice and attentive :) I had a rhinoplasty done, I felt the consultation with Dr Sinan was done with so much care and patience, all around great vibes, him and my coordinater Emre made me feel so safe and cared for I wasn’t even nervous going under for the procedure. great practice and beautiful hotel and top service, couldnt recommend more. My nose also looks lovely and everyone is complimenting it :)

Honestly the staff of Cygnus clinic and the management! They were amazing and so lovely. Considering it was my first surgery and I was nervous but they were there through every step and helped me whenever I needed them. If I was to recommend any clinic it would be them just for their service and kindness! I stayed extra at my hotel and I didn’t even have to pay, they paid for it. Amazing service! I went to Istanbul in June with Cygnus clinic for rhinoplasty and Brest augmentation and I can’t thank them enough from the 1st point of call advice and support they gave me, to getting out to Turkey I felt nervous but was very soon I as very settled with everyone being a massive support as I travelled alone but I was never alone they was with me every step of the way I would highly recommend and I’m over the moon with my result I would 100percent recommend the clinic staff and surgeons to anyone u are in amazing hands x
