The Qloc axle we ordered arrived with half the parts missing, upon contacting cykelhouse i was told that the axle was complete when sent essentially calling me a liar. when i send a picture of a complete axle highlighting the missing parts i was told this was a different part (it wasn't) avoid at all costs.

Hi, thanks for your review. We appreciate every review good or bad. But I’m sure you have looked at our other reviews and this review does not reflect our service.
So the part in question is a sealed unit held together with a circlip. I personally packaged that item into a padded envelope that it only just fits into. The part was in one piece when I packaged it, so you can understand me being puzzled to you sending a picture of an axle completely dismantled in every part possible and telling me parts were missing.
We had 50 of these axles all the same from the same supplier and haven’t ever seen that issue.
There are multiple different q locs and some are indeed different to others, as I’m sure you’re aware, being a bike shop yourself standards change all the time. I offered you a full refund for the product and asked you to return it to us.
Being a small bike shop yourself I thought you would understand the damage of a one star review. But thanks for the feedback.

Great support and service as usual
I have been using Cykel House over the last two years for work and parts I fit myself. Yet again I was looking for a new saddle and Cykel House provided the information to make a good choice of replacement saddle and managed to obtain delivery within 24 hours. Absolutely 💯% quality work.
Absolutely 💯% taking my bike back to these guys. Had full service, new chan, cassette and derailleur fitted, and iv got to say my bike is better than when I first bought it. So pleased with works carried out. If your local which I am try these out you won't be disappointed.

Superb service
Superb communication and service from beginning to end. Bought an ENVE MOG frameset. Gavin was really helpful knowledgeable and replied quickly. He made sure everything was correct and the right size and advised accordingly in a friendly way. Can't rate my experience here highly enough. The frame itself, absolutely awesome. Thanks!

I'd previously bought the same saddle from Cykel House a few weeks previously. The low price and quick delivery meant there was only one place to go for another saddle for one of my other bikes.
