Quality equipment at reasonable prices. Unfortunately an item I had purchased was showing In Stock on the website but it actually wasn't available.

They emailed me shortly after the order giving me the option for a refund or to wait. I opted to wait, however I received no updates on my order and had to ask a number of times for an update, therefore communication could have been improved whilst they awaited a response from their supplier.

Really good store with many choices. Only complaint is international delivery. The shipping takes almost 3 weeks, but i guess its not the stores fault, but Fedex itself. Other than that great store and the support is friendly and answers fast. I can see myself buying again if not in hurry.

I have waited two weeks for my order and have had no updates whatsoever, very slow.

Helpful as ever, fitted me in same day for a gear service between jobs, which i really appreciated and none too expensive to boot. Great small independent bike shop, where nothing seems too much trouble.

Good service with great products that have great prices to match. Worked out cheaper to freight my order to Australia, than what I would normally pay for the same thing in Australia. Only company that I could find online that is able to supply Hope carbon cranks, in all colours and sizes without overcharging, and without a ridiculous wait.
P.S. I would have given 5 stars except I never received a “shipped” notification.

A company that does not stick by what they advertise online. I was looking for a new frame as a birthday present to myself. A quick google search came up with this shop having the frame at the best price. Whilst on the website a box pops up on my screen saying if I sign up I get 10% off my first order, awesome. Went ahead payed and ordered the frame. 5 days later I get an email from someone called Gavin. Saying they can’t sell me the frame because with the 10% discount they will be loosing out.
This is a shop that advertises false prices and discount offers on their website.

Wow what a company. I bought 2 Hope Floating vented rotors and from start to finish of my whole experience they are 1st class. I would highly recommend them.
