Bought quite some stuff. Including first buyer packs. This means you'll receive free USB's. Sadly this comes with a lot of extra costs when outside the usa, but I also did not receive the correct things. I received 2 of the same USB's in stead of 2 different ones. I had to chase everything multiple times. Reached out to them that I received 2 of the same USB's in stead of 2 different ones, but no response what so ever. Paid $ 67,76 for 2 of the same FREE USB's!

Bruhhh what kind of organization is this... y'all need a manager or somn cause y'all gonna need to make a selection. y'all need to filter out the music played there, cause there was some mad garbage and the 3 mins for all the people there, is clearly not enough! people went to showcase their craft but end up listening to some weird music ! they had people paying vip tickets 110usd and not be able to perform! NAH THIS AINT IT !!

I purchased Omnivox as it seemed very impressive in the video ads. However, when I used the plug in - the vocals sound too processed and like robots. So I immediately asked for a refund and got no reply for a few days. When they did reply it was only a store credit - yet there's not much there I'd ever want. I hate being forced to forfit my money when the product didn't live up to the hype. They wrote back and said they can give me a refund...and how would I like to proceed. So I said, give me a refund two days ago and they stopped responding. Yet!! Get this!! Their advertisement emails keep coming from Steven Cymatics. I got about 15 emails from that guy in 6 days. But no refund.

I met Steven at London “Producer Discovery”
It was unorganised and very unprofessional. Steven wouldn’t even speak to anyone what an attitude.
They said no performance allowed but later they allowed their known people to perform, said only 1 mp3 could be played but they allowed some producers to take their own time. Total waste of money and time. Purely scam.

I ordered the Dark Sky plugin. I downloaded it and installed per their instructions. It did not work. I emailed them and even sent a screenshot. It has been a week. I have called and emailed them several times with no response. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I've been using some of Cymatics products before - I've spent around 250€ the past years and I like them very much, HOWEVER 10 days ago I purchased what would be a plugin, but I received a bunch of guitar loops. I've tried to contact support for the last 10 days, but no response. I will have to ask my bank for a chargeback, since I haven't received what I ordered.

Meanwhile I've gotten an e-mail a day about some crap about their products and projects from "Steven Cymatics" (auto-generated ofc.)

Update: I have reported the website to Danish authorities to take action

I actually like their samples. The only issue is a slow Customer support. It took like 3 weeks to get back to my issue. Other than that, I use them and bought more than 10 products in the last 2 years which are very good quality.

I paid for Omnivox and the program still doesn't upload. I have provided them with my order number and proof of payment 4 times with no response. I can see it in my downloads but the hub will not install and the hub shows no record of my order. Still unresolved! Very disappointed!!

great service, i also had 1 issue with 1 pack of them and also asked for help about the store credit that i had from another pack

in the end i was able to solve both issues myself before i got a reply from them but the support gave me another 20$ credit for that case as goodie

They have a lot of cool hip hop sample packs, definitely worth it.

The Cymatics Team are lovely, great service, great quality products. I have purchased around $40USD of products from them and I do not regret a single perchase, as long as you ignore the 'original' price for products its great. I do think some of their production suites are too expensive (the $300) ones but their smaller ones like the 70-90 dollar ones are enticing. And also they are way better than unison, 50 100% royalty free free packs so you dont need to even spend a dollar for excellent samples

After all the bad reviews I read, I was savour bit sceptical but I just tried and bought a pack for 3,50€.

Everything worked perfectly fine and I immediately got it, but the process of getting to the files was a bit complicated instead of just giving you the download..

Site frauduleux cherchant uniquement des mails.

There are a few things they do that are bad in the business, 1: Pricing up samples so they can advertise discounts as 97% off or 94% off etc. 2: Use chord progressions and other things without any credit to the creator (often times 80's soul and gospel music). But other than that incredible samples and decent service. Prices are a little bit steep but those 10$ discounts and those occasional 17$ or 25$ bundles are great value. When buying always check how many samples you are getting per $. If its >$0.50 per sample then I would reconsider unless you reallllllllly like the samples. I have spent around $40AUD on them and I have greatly enjoyed using their samples. In my opinion way better than unison as all of their free packs are royalty free.

Fraudulent website extorting email addresses. These folks are dishonest and support doesn't respond to emails. Just your typical scam with a fancy website. Don't pay, don't sign up, don't bother at all.

Purchased two packs from them. Dark skies and ultimate plug in bundle. Only dark skies showed in my downloads. Sent a support ticket, which they say will be responded to within 24-36 hours. It's been over 48 and nothing except some automated response.
Filing a charge dispute.

Decent site, great samples, plenty of free samples etc.. cant understand the low rating tbh.

I have had nothing but good experiences with Cymatics and would recommend their samples and bundles to anyone wanting to create music or videos. I find that most people want everything for free without putting anything in, but even the free samples on Cymatics website are legit and can help move any project along. When I have support, I am willing to spend money and support any team to move forward and grow! Thanks!

Bought 2 packs from this awful website. they then would not let me activate an account and scammed me

Cymatics has good products and good prices, but their customer service is unresponsive.
I placed an order 3 months ago that was supposed to include a gift card. It did not. I emailed them, but received no response. I messaged them on Facebook and Instagram, but still no response, even though Facebook has been updated regularly since I sent the message.
This unresponsiveness negated all trust and made the experience unacceptable, hence the 1 star rating.
