Food is absolutely delicious and the dabba presentation makes so much sense (finally no plastic or lots of wrapping to throw away). I am always looking forward to my Wednesday delivery

missing the menu
I've got severl email reminding me about the delivery but I did notvknow what was delirivered, I think you should add the menu and the ingredients on the delivery box, or make it more direct/clear on the website.

Incredible food!!

I love home made food and rarely get takeaways. I decided to give Dabbadrop a try for a month. Each week, the food tasted fresh and just like home made and that too without any plastics packaging. I also like the fact that each week there is a set menu with regional dishes. I got to try some dishes that I dont make at home.

great food, delivered on time, reasonable prices... Always a nice treat on a Friday night

They are super-friendly and easy to deal with. The delivery drivers are allways nice. Only akward thing is that you can be left hanging around waiting for a delivery. You can ask for the delivery to be left in a safe space. But during times like the summer when it is hot the food can spoil.

Look I wouldn't normally leave a negative review for a small business, but this company constantly emails asking for feedback while seemingly not doing anything with the provided feedback.

The dishes are very variable in quality. There's really not much substance to them, and I find the flavour profiles quite repetitive. Worst, and this was the absolute dealbreaker for me - the rice is really poorly cooked. Stodgy, sticky and gummy.

Loved the concept, and I tried providing this feedback directly to the company which would've been my preferred option.

Always delicious food with DabbaDrop, I recommend it 100%!
And I love that the container are reusable and all deliveries are eco friendly too, made by bike.

Brilliant concept. Minimal environmental impact, and amazing food full of flavour every time. Highly recommended.

Such a great concept, generally super tasty food - takeaway without the guilt and feeling rubbish after. Love the rotating menu from all over Asia. Also we normally get a couple of meals out of it with some extra rice.

However the website and comms are incredibly frustrating. In this day and age it shouldn’t be difficult to design a more user friendly interface/app (managing plan/adding extras is baffling, at least on a phone). Every week dabba sends
so much comms to tell you it’s on its way but they never say what you’re getting, or how to heat it up. For that you have to search the website in several different places. C’mon dabba! Shouldn’t be hard to include that info in an email.

Would also love if there was an easy feedback mechanism after each meal, to say what you like and don’t like…

Love Dabba Drop. We really enjoyed the channa on the Punjab menu - my sister, who was visiting me from Cambridge lived the sustainable vibe of the Dabba. We weren’t mad about the baingan. But on the whole enjoyed the food a lot.

Food definitely felt stale, veggies undercooked. First week aside the food hasn’t been tasty or has had flavors you’d expect.
