DAI Leisure Reviews

Paul is a fantastic advocate for your company so polite courteous never late
Thank you

Run round like looney finding what we needed

Fantastic customer service. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase quality items. Excellent business

Recieved my gamma swarm today paul the driver phoned me before he turned up told me when he will arive very profesional very polite will use again

Not helpful at all seemed fed up that you asked questions about the items you was about to buy and just trying to rush you out the shop

My first purchase was smooth, efficient and very professional. However when I asked what ID would be acceptable as my driving licence wasn't available for another purchase I heard nothing. As an exile from the west Midlands I always try to support businesses from that part of the world. I will be buying my SLR from somewhere else. Obviously they are too busy to take a minute to reply to an email.

Paul the driver was incredibly helpful, polite and patient whilst delivering. Thank you.

What sets this great shop apart from anyone else is their great service especially from Paul the Driver. Very prompt, reliable and let's you know by phone how far away he is. Would highly recommend

A very efficient service and the delivery driver (Pete?) is absolutely on his game. Its nice to see that sort of efficiency still exists in comparison to the national courier services

Me and my partner went to the range today, one of the guys ended up trying to help us with one of our air rifles, he had a good look and was very friendly and knowledgeable with great customer service skills. Thanks again for having a look! 😊

Great experience with the staff here! Thank you to Boppa for sorting me out with a great deal and helpful advice

Amazing service from boppa today, insane amounts of knowledge and friendly, helpful service as always
Same with Gordon always happy to help and really looks after the customers!
Thank you again guys, see you soon!

Paul the driver was great, he arrived in the time spot I was given and was very helpful explaining everything. Thankyou very much!

Fast delivery great communication with the delivery driver. Very happy

Great service, had a call from Paul to say he was 3 minutes away and was there 3minutes later. Super efficient, I had completely forgotten about the delivery and they delivered to my work place. Paul was great and gave me info about the gun I purchased, which was really helpful. Thank you

Paul the driver kept us updated with the delivery time so we could plan things around this.

Absolutely brilliant service from DAI Leisure, super quick ordering and confirmation of delivery date by personal phone call. Then on the Sunday morning of delivery, their fantastic driver, Paul, rang to say he'd be here at 7.28am and he turned up exactly on time. Very nice bloke, super friendly, and wow he puts in some serious daily miles to do his round!! Great bloke, great service, great company. I've wanted the HW45 air pistol for many years and now I've got this beauty! Thank you Paul and thank you DAI Leisure!!

Paul the driver was first class
DAI Leisure were really good to deal with
I had a deposit that I had never used, a quick phone call and it was sorted out straight away
Thank you DAI Leisure

All very straightforward and timely with communication and delivery. Props to Paul the driver for the delivery. Solid all round

DAI Leisure have got a very good website and they are really good value. They have a brilliant delivery service straight to your door for a nominal fee. The person who delivers the guns is amazingly nice and very kind and the staff at the shop are quick to answer, very thoughtful and helpful and also accommadating. I would 100% recommend these people.
