Less than one star should be available for these thieves. They have stolen nearly £20 of my pension !! I paid them for a figurine as a birthday present for my partner and despite emailing them, no reply whatsoever. Basically they have robbed me. Bastards.

Ordered advent calendars from this company. They were supposed to contain 24 sets of tiny blocks which could be made into Christmas tree ornaments. Instead I received a plastic tray with 24 loose 2D plastic pictures of ornaments! Total rubbish! Even on the box it said ‘build and decorate ‘ A complete con .

Products nothing at all as advertised. Utterly misleading and exorbitant prices. I bought two Christmas advent calendars that were advertised as containing small brick “build your own Christmas decorations” for €40 (plus €5 for shipping). The set doesn’t contain any building brick pieces at all - simply one dimensional plastic cutouts of pictures of brick ornaments. Disgusting to take such advantage of your customers.

Absolutely discussing misleading crap that has been advertised as a buildable advent calendar. Please see previous reviews. Do not waste your money. Absolute tat!!!!

SCAM COMPANY. DO NOT USE! What is advertised is not what is sent. I ordered a mini brick building ornaments that showed a child building up ornaments using lego type 3d plastic bricks to make ornaments but what arrived was tiny 2d pictures of pre built ornaments. They are purposely misrepresenting the product and do not reply to any communications

**Completely misleading product – nothing like the description or photos**
The item I received is completely different from what was advertised on the seller's website. The advertisement and pictures suggested a construction brick ornament advent calendar with building blocks. Instead, I received cheap, flat acrylic/plastic charms with printed graphics and a bunch of loose golden strings. The product was falsely advertised and misrepresented, misleading me regarding the materials and actual nature of the product.

The product I received was extremely disappointing and completely different from what was advertised. The description promised a **24-Day Mini Christmas Ornament Advent Calendar with 24 unique festive buildable designs and hanging loops**, perfect for decorating Christmas trees and wreaths.

Unfortunately, what I received looked nothing like the product shown in the advertising photos or described in the listing. The quality was very poor, and the items did not match the advertised design or appearance at all.

I feel completely misled by this purchase. The advertising is highly deceptive, and the product I received does not match what I paid for.

**I would not recommend this seller. Please be very careful before purchasing.**

Unfortunately cannot give 0 rating. Paid £17 x 2 +£5 p&p for Lego style advent Christmas calendars. That were advertised as buildable ornaments 5-7cm in size, instead as others are saying, received total rubbish cheap plastic flat 1cm cutouts not a building bricks in sight. Please, please do not use this company and waste your money as I have (and by the looks of it like many others have). I wish I could share images of what I received to what they advertised so people know not to use this company

What a crock of shite...nothing as described, not an Advent Calender or any brick built items, just peices of plastic. Chargeback arranged. If any others paid by credit card make sure you claim it back with supporting pictures. They carnt get away with this.
UPDATE TODAY 7th October after emailing company, I have had a response advising a refund has been issued for the full amount, will take up to ten days. So let's see and I'll let you all know.

One star is one too many for this con that is being advertised, my fault for falling for it, but then again you dont expect to receive such rubbish through the post. Save your money nothing but cheap tatty plastic cut outs , no 3d effect at all. Disgrace with peoples money and trust

If there was a minus star option I would have chosen it. Do not buy from these scammers. I paid €26 for what was described as a build your own advent calendar with little brick kits. Like others I received a box of cheap flat discs and strings. It bore no resemblance to what they advertised. I have 3 very disappointed little girls. Shame on you Dailyard promax. 🤬🤬🤬

Bought Mini Christmas brick ornament advent calendar 2026. This product is misrepresented it is not buildable. Just plastic pictures with a home to thread string . Many were broken. Terrible waste of money

1 star review isn’t low enough for this company. Like others I received cheap tat. This company is clearly in breach of trade descriptions and definitely trading standards and require to be removed from trading immediately! This is a scam company who are fraudulently selling goods that are not as advertised. The income they are making through fraudulent processes is just outrageous. Like others I have made contact with the company but have yet to receive a response. I don’t expect to receive one either. This company is making a fortune out of duping customers. This practice needs to cease immediately!

Sent wrong item not as described will be going through dispute to get my money back

Did not receive the same product that I ordered online. Company do not respond to emails requesting return info. Very poor all round

Does not even merit the 1 star, please do not waste your money, supposed to be an advent calendar with 24 items to build, what arrived was the cheapest of flat plastic with the said items as a picture, totally mis informed advertising, trying to contact the company for a refund and they have ignored every email.

As others have said if I could give a zero I would. Misleading product as others have said. Expected building blocks got cheap tat. Tried to phone with contact number given and AMAZINGLY it's not recognised.

If a 0-star rating were possible, I would have chosen it. I strongly advise avoiding this seller. The item was misleadingly advertised as a mini LEGO-style Christmas ornament building set, leading buyers to expect small construction bricks. Instead, I received cheap, tiny flat plastic ornament pictures with no building bricks included at all.

Very disappointing and not as described. I would not purchase from this seller again. I have emailed requesting a full refund inlcuding shipping costs.

Paud nearly £30 for an advent calendar, arrived damaged and unusable. Complained took them days yo respond and was offered send it back at my own cost or accept a small refund not even a third of the cost. Have nothing yo do with this company.

Very disappointed with this item absolutely nothing like advertised, and tried to return said item for email to bounce undelivered scam and no refund offered
