Can't fault this company. Highways and holidays whatever the weather the delivery is always there on time - well done to our milkman Tom! Ours is late evening which suits us fine especially in summer as we are generally not early risers so it goes in the fridge straightaway. And yes, the milk really does taste better out of a bottle. Have used Dairy2Door for years, for milk, eggs and occasional specials. This year we have also used the food delivery to keep the kids (aged 20) from just eating takeaway whilst we were on holiday. We had small salad box and fruit delivered and must say the kids were very happy with the quality and price of the goods. Needless to say, they didn’t eat it all but what was left was still fresh when we came back!

Dairy 2 Door is a no nonsense milk delivery service. Their service has never failed me. Their website for managing my account is a little old fashioned but that also adds to a personal non corporate feel, which adds a local authenticity.
Their product offering is strong and has dug me out of many holes.

We had to switch to dairy2door when our long term milkman retired. The service is just the same. The milk is always put in the cool store properly, it comes very early so I can take it in before work. The office is responsive to order changes, direct debit and billing all good. The online system is also good. I’m really happy with the company. The milk tastes good, it supports local farming, and environmental friendly. All good.

Service, delivery and communication all excellent. Milk always fresh, and tastes so much better than any superparket brands. A great company.

Thanks to Zoe, who contacted me about the issue I have been having, which has now has been rectified.

She ensures me that the cool bag will also always be zipped up from now on after having words with the milkman, my star rating is 5/5 for positivity and I look forward to more milk from dairy to door in the future! (It wasn't meant to be 1 at all, as the milkman does a fab job, I wrote the comment and forgot to add stars!

Where do I start…..excellent service, always deliver exactly what I order without any issues. The milkmen work so hard to deliver through the night no matter what the weather. it can be heavily raining or even snowing and I always get my delivery on time without fail. The girls on the phones work extremely hard making sure any queries I have are answered promptly and my account is always updated correctly. Couldn’t ask for a better delivery service. Thank you so much Dairy2door your all amazing and I will definitely be recommending you to all my family and friends 😁

The milkman is so noisy, banging and clattering the gate and also seen him urinating up the bush with nowhere to wash his hands then handling customers milk. I’ve spoke to my neighbour about this and they are considering cancelling this service.

The service is exceptional. It was so nice to wake up and have my milk freezing cold and fresh at the door. The set up process was easy and payment is just as easy over there website. I also like the fact they have so many ways to pay. Very pleased with the service so far!
