After finding a local delivery company online. We eased through the process of ordering setting up a delivery schedule and ended up with fresh bottled milk on our doorstep quickly.
That’s the way its continued with a few little extras too.

The milk is on my doorstep really early, which is great, but for some reason they keep leaving an empty milk bottle behind.

Delivery service good, but much more expensive than I was led to believe.

Cancelled twice, still taken payment. Terrible service, emailed customer service asking to cancel and delete my details as they obviously are either trying to scam for more money or have no clue what they are doing. Either way I just want out. Steer clear of these cowboys.

Cancelled twice both times confirmed by the office that the account was inactive, but still charged and products delivered. Milk is just coloured water the same as supermarket but triple the price. Stay away from this company, they obviously can’t handle simple instructions

I've been using MM for a couple of years now and I highly recommend them. Having oat milk (without added sugar but with added microelements, love it), yoghurt, eggs and more delivered to my door is great! And most importantly, the products are sourced locally and there's no plastic waste. I also appreciate MM's transparency about any price changes, and especially how they worked out a temporary increase of delivery costs (considering current high petrol prices), and how this is capped and reviewed & communicated regularly to ensure it goes down when petrol prices go down. I'm proud to be a customer of such an ethical company.

Fresh goodness can taste the creaminess from the milk… i don’t nor ally like milk this milk has converted me!!! I don’t have any bloated tummy either from this milk! Life changer

Fresh milk on doorstep on morning is really helpful.
However, the delivery person is loud and doesn't close or zip up the cool bag!

It's great to wake up and find the milk on the doorstep. I love the fact it is in glass bottles that are returned to be reused.

The quality of produce is good but it does become quite expensive. I have also been trying to cancel the subscription for a week and not been able to get through to anyone. You have to contact a live chat function to cancel and it says request has been passed on but no one gets back you. Very poor customer service. No response on live chat in about 5-6 hours

Oh my, I have been buying supermarket milk for years and thought it was ok. But I’ve recently joined the modern milkman as a customer and OMG, I’m blown away with how fresh the milk is and all their other products. It tastes 1000 times better and fresher. I will never buy from a supermarket again. I love it. Why didn’t I join years ago, I ask myself.

Was promised 2 weeks trial discount, only had 1, so trust was lost, the products were not bad but sometimes they were delivered at 1am so we’re sat for hours and hours before I could get them in

This service is very easy to use, very easy to adjust orders, cancel single items, order new items. It's been an absolute God send while I'm recovering from an operation and I will be continuing to use it.

Honestly this service has taken the pain out of making sure our busy household doesn't run out of some fridge essentials. With two teenage boys until recently as well as my husband, with waxing and waning appetites and social and work calendars, this flexible service provides us with the milk, eggs and bread and occasionally other items we need. I love that I can amend deliveries easily. I won't lie: we have had some broken eggs and wrong deliveries but these are easily refunded / sorted out. It's fast and easy and saves me time and money (if I go to the supermarket all the time I end up buying other things we do not need!). PLUS I am a non-driving care and support worker on foot and my husband had a radical prostatectomy end of the summer so this is one less job for us both. Thank you SO much for this brilliant service and I love that I can buy good quality eggs, milk and avocados here. Also their cloudy apple juice rocks and is not too sweet! Very happy customer.

Great! Love having fresh milk delivered to my door. The Matcha milkshake is a big hit. The overnight oats are delicious but a bit expensive to buy regularly. I’ve yet to try more products as the app doesn’t seem to allow them to be added to an order but that may be an app issue. Big thanks to the super quiet delivery person.
