Can’t contact or speak to anyone
Can’t contact or speak to anyone, and it was charged a monthly membership fee of over £10 and an annual membership fee of £89 on the same day. And was also promised a small gift/bottle opener as part of the membership, but I never received it. I’ve tried to contact customer service but haven’t been able to get through.

Helpful and understanding customer service
I accidentally deleted an item from my weekly repeat order and wasn't sure how to get it back. Theresa from the customer service team was really helpful. She explained clearly how the system works, checked my account, and kindly restored the item for my next delivery without charging me again.
She was patient, friendly, and quick to sort things out. Thank you, Theresa!

Theresa sounds like exactly the sort of person you want on the other end of the line when something goes wrong. We're really pleased she got the item restored and made the whole thing feel straightforward.
Extremely difficult to stop all deliveries or cancel account
I've used Modern Milkman for several years, and have largely been happy with the experience. However I use very little milk now and so decided to stop all deliveries because the cost of 3 pints per week plus delivery is around £6, which is extremely expensive.
You cannot simply change your order to no deliveries, instead you have to cancel your account. There is no automated way to do this, rather you are asked to use their chat system. I have tried using their chat system at least 20 times and every time it says a member of the team will get back to me, but they never do.
This is even worse than trying to cancel a sky subscription!

I’m truly sorry that, after being a long-standing customer and generally having a positive experience with us, you were left feeling so frustrated when trying to stop your deliveries and cancel your account. I completely understand how disappointing it must have been to reach out through the chat system repeatedly and feel that you weren’t getting the support you needed.
I also understand your concerns about the cost when you’re only using a small amount of milk each week. Having to make repeated attempts to cancel, only to feel that your requests weren’t being followed up, would understandably make the process feel far more difficult than it should be.
Thank you so much for answering my call earlier and for taking the time to speak with me. I really appreciate the opportunity to listen to your experience and understand your concerns personally.

Not impressed , never signed up not interested, impossible to get out of the doom loop,of personal details. Obviously got a shark in the social media promotion tank . No offence meant sort your digital comms out please

I always had super market milk until I noticed it wasn't right .went of very quickly when opened. Then I saw The Modern milkman advertised. So I gave it a go . And was impressed with the service and the products. Im in the process of trying the products. The milk is fresh . The yogurts are amazing. The eggs taste nice to .all delivered to my door step .No more fancy super market prices . These products are priced ok and you getting fresh. The delivery service is very good to .

Dreadful service
Dreadful service. After the first delivery, I have had nothing. Apologies but no milk, no refund and after an initial apology, no communication despite my best attempts. I cannot recommend this company and would advise caution!
