I always had super market milk until I noticed it wasn't right .went of very quickly when opened. Then I saw The Modern milkman advertised. So I gave it a go . And was impressed with the service and the products. Im in the process of trying the products. The milk is fresh . The yogurts are amazing. The eggs taste nice to .all delivered to my door step .No more fancy super market prices . These products are priced ok and you getting fresh. The delivery service is very good to .

New customer so only a few weeks to monitor, but so far the quality and service is excellent. Only dropped a star because some items I wanted to add were not available. Very happy with my choice to go plastic free.

Dreadful service
Dreadful service. After the first delivery, I have had nothing. Apologies but no milk, no refund and after an initial apology, no communication despite my best attempts. I cannot recommend this company and would advise caution!

Unreliable delivery!! Despite numerous aytempts they keep leaving delivery outside and vast majority of my delivery was stollen when I checked this morning!! Do not recommend!

Didn’t even get my first delivery, eventually, and I mean eventually, I got a refund but it was not a great experience.

Frustrating company
Holy hell are these guys frustrating to deal with.
They say its flexible but its not you have to specifically contact them via webchat to cancel more than 4 weeks which defeats the purpose of it being quick and easy.
Their stock is always running out which was the reason i left a year ago. How can you be out of stock when the payment is taken a week in advance, somethings not right there. I said id cancel but was swayed into staying on webchat with 50% discount yet they failed to apply this to my next order which was promised resulting in me conveniently being stuck with them for another 2 weeks. I’ll be sticking to Mcqueens for now on never had an issue with them. Avoid this company .
When I again went to cancel i again has someone called Joshua not reading my query i had to request 3 times to cancel before he finally understood

Do not be scammed by these people .
My parents had a terrible experience. Nice man coming door to door saying he wants to help the local farmers. My parents are elderly & were completely taken in by the lies. They placed what they were told was a single one off order & then were charged twice once on the day they placed the order & again when order was left loose on the doorstep next to the bins on bin collection day. They thought something had been dropped when the bins were empty but found their delivery...some of it at least. Items missing & dirt over the rest. They tried to contact the company only to find it can only be done via email. Once contacted this way they were told that they had signed up to a subscription which obviously they had tried to cancel on the website but the cancel button did not actually work. They then claimed not to have the address, to which they had delivered some of the goods, so blatant lies. They then said they would call him which they did not do. We are still waiting to find some kind of resolution & I wanted to write this to make sure others are not taken in by the friendly doorstep visit. My parents are elderly & very stressed now. Absolutely disgusted.

I absolutely love the concept behind Modern Milkman! It’s such a convenient and thoughtful way to have fresh products delivered straight to your door while also helping to reduce unnecessary plastic and waste. I’ve been really impressed with the products and love the variety they offer. There’s also something so nice about bringing back the traditional milk-round experience in a modern and sustainable way.
