I love it
I love it. I think the milkman turns up at 10:35pm which is absolutely fine by me. I get the three 1 pint bottles semi skimmed milk in the bundle deal. This is every Monday & Friday and the milk stays fresh as well

Having real milk again after 35 years…
Having real milk again after 35 years has been an adventure, and there is joy in every bottle. Mossgiel Dairy have got this just right, and I am so happy to be enjoying this milk every day. It has reduced waste and the need to lug around Tetra Pak almond milk, which then had to be disposed of separately to the recycling. My life has become so much easier, and I am delighted!

After 35 years, it sounds like Mossgiel Dairy have made coming back to real milk an easy choice. Ditching the Tetra Pak and the hassle of separate recycling on top of that is a proper bonus too.

I did try to call you because I wanted the opportunity to speak with you personally and help address your concerns, but unfortunately, I wasn’t able to reach you.
I’d also like to reassure you that there is no fixed contract tying customers into a long-term commitment. I’m always happy to help with cancellation requests, and I’m sorry if this wasn’t made clear or if you experienced any difficulty when trying to cancel.

I thought the idea behind the service…
I thought the idea behind the service was really good and I loved the quality and sustainability of the milk, orange juic, eggs and treats I ordered, but the practicalities let it down due to the delivery contractors they use being inconsistent. I also seemed to experience payment issues and I had to repeatedly chase when adding to or amending an order to get credit. If these things could be improved I'd consider resubscribing.

The worst place when dealing with food
The worst place when dealing with food. Recieved an order where the drink was half drunk and delivered to me like that. The food came filthy with dirt on the yogurt packages and bottles of milk. Customer service were not helpful gave me £10 in credit. A week later I had an issue with delivery where they delivered at 11pm was told this is the standard and I should buy a box. Asked for it be completely cancelled and money returned they are saying that it covered the last 2 week orders however I had to discard the last 2 orders. Avoid this place they are a scam and refuse to refund to account always opting for credit to keep the money in the company

Failure after failure. Avoid!!
Completely messed up my first order. Items arrived damaged and the milk was totally incorrect and not what we ordered. I received a survey email, so reported the issues we had. Got an email from someone called Meryll claiming that my account had been credited to the value of the items and she requested photos of the stuff. Sent it all over to her and never got a reply. We also them noticed that she had not even credited our account either. So totally provided false information. Oh, and to make matters even better - we have one of their cool bags, which we leave on our drive and have updated our delivery notes to tell them it’s there… but guess what, they completely ignore it and leave it on the front doorstep every time! Overall, absolutely shocking company!!

The team was able to raise the delivery concerns with the driver as part of investigation and requested further information, but unfortunately she didn’t receive a response to allow to take this any further at the time. I can also confirm that the credit was applied to your account and deducted from a following receipt after your report was made.
I’m sorry that this wasn’t made clearer to you, and that your delivery instructions weren’t followed as expected. I really appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback, and I’m sorry we left you feeling so disappointed.
