What sets Kris apart is that he genuinely wants to help! He went out of his way to support me before we'd done any business together. After being badly burned by another sourcing company, I came to Kris cautious and uncertain. He took the time to arrange refurbishment quotes on a potential property I’d reserved (not via himself); and what he and his builders uncovered genuinely saved me from a significant financial disaster. You can’t beat that kind of integrity!

Since then, I've purchased 2 off-market properties in central Newcastle through Kris. Both are currently going through refurbishment, and he's leveraged his network to ensure the refurb is done to a high standard. The builder he connected me with has been excellent, and I'm excited to get both properties rented out in the coming weeks.

Kris's knowledge of the North East property market is second to none. I wouldn't consider partnering with anyone else at this stage of building my portfolio, and I'm very much looking forward to what comes next.
