I purchased fish antibiotics on March 4, 2024 and as of March 11, 2024 there has not been one single updated on my order since I received the automated email confirmationof my purchase. One of the numbers on the website doesn't work and the 304 phone number is a text app phone number. The chat doesn't work, emails sent to contact@dambshop and to support@dambshop have never been responded to as a matter the support email address isnt vaid according to Google mail. They are in another country using a virtual U.S. addresses that don't
exist. The business has been flagged in their own country as well. I HAVE PROOF OF RECORDED PHONE CALLS, USPS INFORMED DELIVERY, SCREENSHOT OF THE FRAUDULENT TRACKING ON SHOP.COM THAT SAID IT WAS DELIVERED WHEN IT WASN'T. ONLY TO COME BACK TO THE SITE AND IT STILL SAYS PROCESSING!

The other person wasn't lying about them not answering the chat, the phone or emails either. I have screenshots of it all to support my post and I will post them to Yelp!

i placed order for fish antibiotics but they took money and never shipped. they dont answer phones (two numbers) and do not respond to emails. they are scammers you will never hear from them nor get your product or your money back

Dambshop didn't send my order that totalled $102. Phone goes straight to busy when I call & they won't respond back to my emails.

Dambshop specifically offered Thomas Labs Fish Mox Forte on its web site and that's why I ordered from it instead of one of the many competitors. The site said it was in stock. What I received instead was a generic brand, which is also offered on the site for a cheaper price. Shame on these people for scamming innocent hard working people like me who need good quality amoxicillin for rescue work. Don't do business with this shady company. Dambshop didn't even credit me with the difference in price, nor did it give me a chance to decide whether I even wanted an off brand. And it is still offering the product I ordered on its site. On top of that I paid for faster delivery and it was slow. The only reason I would give one star is that I at least received a product (but not the one I wanted). No one answers the phone either -- that was a red flag I should not have ignored.

Just got an email recently. My order has been shipped and is on its way!

Dambshop ordering online was extremely user friendly. Delivery was as efficient as Amazon. 2nd order and totally pleased. Legit website..

I received my product right a way. Although I only received 3 items out of 4, I was reimbursed for that item right away without a problem. I feel that this business is reliable and honest and i will not have a problem ordering from them again soon.

Great company with outstanding customer service. I received the incorrect product and only one email was required to correct the problem with friendly, courteous, and competent customer service folks. Great product as well.

Ordered a bottle of amoxicillin and Cephalexin both came very quickly. Love this company. Will be ordering more soon. Highly recommend

Nothing genuine in this online shop. Everything is fake including their physical shop

I purchased Office 365 Pro Plus with 5 TB OneDrive from Dambshop but the gave a 1 GB OneDrive instead so I started a refund request on Paypal. Dambshop send me an email and said that they would refund me if I cancel my refund request at Paypal's Resolution Center so I canceled my refund request but They did not refund me. They replied to my emails saying that they refunded me showing fake screenshots. So they fooled me.

Do NOT buy anything from Dambshop!

DAMBSHOP is now a DAMN SCAM SHOP.
Dambshop used to be my go-to site for low priced software. They provided quality software at low prices with good/fast service.
BUT NOT ANY MORE!!!!!
My last purchase, in early Nov 2021, has been nothing but a SCAM.
Instead of PayPal as I have used previously, the only payment method available was "direct transfer" so they got my money. But they have not supplied my licence, and have not responded to any of my attempted communications.
DO NOT BUY!!!!!

Great service I needed a new program ordered online and ready to download and install within the hour very reasonably priced will use again

they are scammers, do not order, I had hard time requesting refund on order they marked as complated
