I participated in a 1:1 dance workshop in January 2026. Katie kept me informed of the steps in the run up ie song choice, outfit, location.

Felt like a popstar during the workshop and the video turned out amazing. Would highly recommend !

I have just recently experienced the LA retreat with Katie and M-brace u, prior to going I felt nervous as it’s a long trip away from home, but my days we had such an amazing time, Katie had planned the week out with dance classes, and trips to sight seeing and include shopping, down to the wet workshop.
The accommodation was perfect for all of us,
This trip has made me realise I am able to achieve things and to carry on striving for the things I want in life.
I would tell anyone how is considering LA do it, i have done this as a once in a lifetime trip and it was incredible the memories I have are unbelievable.
Thank you Katie for creating again a safe exciting and memorable trip all whilst learning about ourselves more.

Went to a show to support one of my closest friends and my mind was blown! Everyone (no matter how young or old) were absolutely phenomenal. You could see in the dancers faces how empowered and joyful they were, so I 100% recommend M-Brace U!!!!!!

Watched the dance show last week and WOW! it was absolutely amazing, the standard was really high, I loved how some of the dancers got to be involved in the choreography too, well done 👏🏼👏🏼

Wow what a show! I was entertained from the moment it started to the end. The shows meaning was inspiring, encouraging inclusivity. It was packed with professional smooth transitions, great routines, happy confident dancers with great stage presence. Can’t wait for the next one.

We saw there first show yesterday in Colchester. It was a wonderful and inspiring display of talent for so many different types of people. Couldn’t reccomend it enough well done ladies ❤️.

I attended the Craft and Create workshop last night. My aim was to learn more about creating my own choreography and to find inspiration whilst doing so. I have choreographed my own pieces a few times but still struggle with ideas and lack confidence in sharing my ideas with others when creating duets etc. The workshop was so helpful. The tips Katie gave us has given me more confidence to continue choreography ready for our dance show later this year. Thank you Katie x

The recent craft and create workshop was inspiring from start to finish. For someone who never knows how to choreograph and freezes at the idea, this workshop made me feel I could break through that and I created a freestyle piece for over 4 minutes. Wine working with Katie i feel i have some real purpose back and something I doing that is for me.

I completed the 2024 Wet Workshop Experience and honestly it felt like a once in a lifetime opportunity. Dancing in a rain studio and doing an underwater photoshoot is not something you get to do often - if ever! Katie was fantastic and supportive from start to finish. We had plenty of time to learn the dance ahead of the date- regular check ins - so by the time we filmed at the studio I felt so confident with the dance. I would recommend this experience to anyone who is hoping to push themselves and feel like an absolute QUEEN 👸🏼

Last week I did the wet experience and had the best experience ever! I have a fear of water and wanted to try and conquer it. With the coaching and support of katie and all the other Queens who attended, I managed to face my fear and own it!! I came away from the experience so over whelmed by the support and came back from the experience feeling empowered and so confident in myself. I am excited to see the results!! Thank you queen's and katie I couldn't of done it without you! ❤️❤️

Well what can I say? A year ago I signed up for the 2024 wet workshop experience with Dance With KTO. It was well worth the wait. The whole day was an amazing and unique experience. The minibus was arranged for us with an easy meeting point. A fun journey up to Nottingham with wonderful women.

The rain studio is lovely and not at all intimidating. The staff there are also great. Halo in particular was incredibly welcoming and supportive. I was very nervous about the underwater tank photo shoot but Halo made me feel at ease and stayed with me the whole time explaining the best ways to stay calm and make the process as easy as possible.

Dancing in the rain was fabulous (and no its not cold water!) Katie is amazing, giving direction the whole time and explaining the easiest ways to move around. Katie is always on top form with choreography and videography and also took some wonderful photos in the studio.

After our afternoon in the studio we finished up with a well deserved dinner at a local pub.

All in all well worth the money and I signed up for 2025 straight away. Cant wait!

Wet workshop 2024 was my overall dance goal for this year, Prior to going I was nervous on not knowing what to expect and very scared of the tank experience.
On the day Katie had ensured we was all picked up at set location with comfort breaks if needed, everything was well explained and made to feel comfortable. On the run through I felt over whelmed but Katie soon made me feel myself again.
I’m so happy I did this experience and can’t wait for 2025

LA Retreat 2024 and dance classes - amazing community and a place to grow

I have just completed the retreat in Los Angeles organised by Dance with KTO with 3 other dance fellow ladies. The experience was well organised and Katie, the owner of the company. We had all the trip days planned and I was provided with the schedule long before the actual trip. So, from my point of view, this experience was greatly organised and Katie was always in touch whenever there were any questions.

The trip contained dance classes, visits to famous places in LA, hiking and much more. I couldn't have asked more from a dance retreat. The dance classes that I have attended were well chosen and discussed prior so that it could fit our level. Katie was encouraging, supportive and having her by our side meant a lot, especially for me, as I have started dance in my late 20's, so dance is something that gets me out of my comfort zone and pushes me to overcome my limits.

I would recommend this experience to anyone who want to challenge themselves in dance, feel good in the company of an absolutely supportive, positive and optimistic environment.

I have been dancing through Katie's company since 2021, and the dance classes that I have taken with Katie are like no other, they have lead me to believe in myself and take the Los Angeles opportunity.The community that she has built is encouraging free of judgement and Katie makes sure that we appreciate our true potential and value reminding to us in every class how special and unique our body moves.

Lastly, if you have ever thought of joining a dance community but still lack the confidence to do so, this company is the right one to start in. All members are welcoming and just fabulous ladies.

I went to the theatre dance workshop and honestly thought it would just be about dancing on a stage 😅 I didn't expect to end the weekend with a complete change in my mindset and having conquered some massive fears. Katie is an unbelievable teacher, I'm not sure how she does what she does.. maybe it's magic.. who knows. But somehow you're able to enter new realms of confidence is such a short space of time. The environment is 1000% supportive and it is so much fun. I would 100% recommend attending a workshop or class by Katie if you want to be more comfortable in your own skin and make some amazing friends along the way 💕
