What a weekend! It's hard to say just how amazing this theatre workshop weekend was! From start to finish it was the best experience learning all different techniques, stage presence, group dancing, building confidence, pushing out of our comfort zones (in a good way) into something I couldn't imagine doing before, working all together in teams and alone was great, feel we have created the best memories. Thankyou for a great weekend 🖤 ps..... Thankyou again Katie for creating a safe space for all of us learn and grow ✨️

I have just finished The Focus on Me Theatre Experience which honestly was the best weekend! Katie is not only an amazing teacher but she is truly a fabulous woman. She has a unique gift in making everybody feel valued and special, and with her guidance I could feel my confidence grow over the weekend. The weekend ended with a group performance in a theatre which was filmed, such a memorable experience! If you have thought about taking a workshop or class with Katie, don’t just think about it, do it. You really will surprise yourself and what you can do.

Had a fabulous dance lesson with Katie today. She is supportive, encouraging and most importantly empowering. We both were nervous beforehand but soon Katie made us feel comfortable enough to express ourselves. We have both been left with happiness hours after and are keen to go back. I would encourage anyone with any reservations to just go for it and have a great time and develop self confidence you never knew was there.

Came today with lack of confidence, lack of self love and just feeling overall washed out. Today the session KT gave me really showed me what I’m capable of. It really helped me exert energy I had been holding back. Today was a great refresher in dance and myself. Appreciate KT so much, especially with making up choreography on the spot to a whole different song. Feeling blessed 🩷🩷

In a word...AMAZING!

From start to finish, the whole experience, has been just that... an experience. So if you were thinking, this was "just another dance class" - think again!

This is an immersive, transformative, supportive and empowering community.

There is SO much behind the scenes that goes into creating the Focus on Me experiences; and it REALLY shows!

Beyond the dance class, we're invited to join an inclusive Whatsapp group for everyone to get to know each other before the day. From Outfit planning, to night-before rehearsal time, to pose practice; and sharing inspiring motivation quotes - I'm sure I've made new friends for life!

I really feel like there needs to be a KTO Dance Experience, in every city, across the whole world! Because as much as I had the best time, and it's been so so good, and it was so supportive. I really feel for all the other women across the world that just don't get to experience this! I feel so lucky that we've got KTO and all her magic on our doorstep.

A day I will always remember.

I participated in the valentines boudori experience and I it was absolutely amazing! It was so much fun and I felt so comfortable and supportive with all the people I was with and with Katie. Katie taught us a beautiful and firey dance. The experience made me feel so much more confident in myself and the way my body looks and moves. Thank you so much Katie and Sophie everything you did to make this experience amazing!

An absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. Can't fault it. The supportive atmosphere, expert teaching and artistic aesthetic were great for a complete newbie like me. Would recommend to anyone.

There is ZERO pressure, competition, expectations or judgment in these classes. How many dance groups provide such a safe space to just dance without all that?
As her mum, it's so incredibly important for me to know she can just be herself & explore her own flow without measure. What's more, is she is surrounded by truely wonderful & inspiring ladies of all shapes & sizes within the class. The sort of women you really want your little girl to look up to!

Katie is such a lovely welcoming soul . My daughters had both danced previously but had lost a lot of confidence in themselves . Katie is a brilliant motivational person she has brought my daughters out of them selves one daughter was suffering with very bad anxiety and was quite nervous about dancing at a new school being judged not being good enough. However the group is so friendly and welcoming they were so excited from the start to return. They have just completed one of Katie’s workshops and to see the difference in them is amazing learning new styles and being happy and excited to be filmed by themselves.no hiding at the back trying to merge in. She builds confidence as raisies everyone up to be the best they can be. Can’t wait to see where it leads too.

Katie was amazing 👏🏼 entertainment and dancing for 10 x 4/5 year olds for 90 mins is not easy, but she totally smashed it. Beautiful energy and presence with the kids. Would definitely hire again. Worth every penny. One very happy boy today.

Truly there are not enough words to describe just how amazing this experience was. Katie is so inspiring, encouraging and damn right amazing. She uplifts me beyond belief and has helped to bring out the best version of me. The girls that I get the pleasure to dance with are just as uplifting, we support, applaud and appreciate each other fully, I couldn’t do it without them.
The wet workshop was something that has been on my bucket list for some years, and I thank Katie so much for the opportunity - it truly was sensational.

Katie really is more than just a dance teacher . From my weekly class . Incredible 1-1 and the multiple workshops I’ve attended I always walk away in the best mood with a powerful mind set and always a new friend having self doubts dance it ❤️ forever growing my confidence and breaking down those bits inside that people don’t see .

I had zero dance experience prior to starting classes with Katie, but always wanted to learn. I saw on Instagram that she was running a taster workshop one weekend, so decided to take the leap.

Katie is an amazing dance teacher. Not only does she provide the best choreo to some banging tunes; she has also created the most supportive, inclusive and welcoming community of women within her classes.

I have made some friends for life, experienced some amazing things and I can’t see myself without Dance with KTO for a very long time to come!

Finding Dance with KTO has been one of the best things to ever happen to me. A supportive, empowering and fantastically fun class led by the beautiful soul that is Katie! She is sunshine in a person, she is creative and hilarious and every class with her makes me feel like a Queen! This is not just a dance class, this is a community, a family of wonderful women who have nothing but admiration for each other and make each other feel seen, heard and so very worthy! All thanks to Katie’s values and philosophy - dance is for everyone, no matter of age, body type, colour, gender or experience! She teaches you to be you, move like you and release your authenticity through movement and expression. This has also had an impact on me as a person too and helped me to become more confident and love myself for who I am.
I recently had my first 1:1 with Katie also and this was such a heart-warming experience, having Katie’s dedication to just me for that time made me feel so special and seen! She is so thoughtful, she tailored and choreographed a routine to me, having got to know me in class and having spoken to me about what I wanted beforehand. She supported me the whole session and made me feel so at ease when it came to filming the final piece.
I honestly cannot recommend this lady enough! She is pretty special, so don’t wait to book with her, whether it be a class or a private booking, just get it done… and thank me (and Katie) later!

A million stars all round! Katie is just amazing! More than just a dance teacher, she is a role model, creativity, talented and the list goes on…. I had my first 121 with Katie and was worth every minute, I was anxious and she made me feel super at ease! Katie had captured everything I wanted in my dance routine and video and I am super happy with the results!
Love the classes and loved the 121 - would 100% recommend to those just looking to start out dancing just for fun and for those who are experienced it doesn’t matter Katie’s classes are there to m brace you and how you move!

The best thing I every did for myself, my confidence and my anxiety is join this lovely team, its like no other dance group, we are all different but we are all loved the same... no judgement just fun, I kid you not, its not only the dancing that is fun but we all have a laugh too. Not that I would want too BUT I could never leave now it helps me in ways that I can't describe.. try it once and see for yourself YOU WONT REGRET IT xxx

I cannot recommend Katie enough - not only is she an incredible dancer, but she is also the most wonderful teacher. Her positivity, amazing energy and warmth has helped many of us feel welcome and confident in the safe space she provides. Katie is so supportive and really cares about her dance family.
