Jewellery is beautiful and staff are so lovely!

I had a wonderful experience at Daniella Draper Lincoln. The team were friendly, welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for. The jewellery is beautifully crafted and the customer service was exceptional from start to finish. Highly recommended.

really lovely shop in cleethorpes, so friendly

Had great service. I had too many letters on personal message so took some off. They contacted me to say I could put the full message. Delivery was quicker then expected and item is beautiful, really happy with it and the service.

The product was exactly what my daughter wanted and the staff were really helpful and friendly .

Lovely helpful staff showed me what I wanted and told me about the fitting service and text when it was ready , everything was great

In store help was amazing and they organised a personal item. Really recommend. Came beautifully packaged to my home address.

It's never easy for a lad to go shopping for his Mrs, dreading I'd get it wrong etc.. But how good are the girls at the Lincoln branch of Daniella Draper.. Honestly, I purposely asked for their names as each one of them had there opinion on what I should purchase for my partners birthday.. I ended up with the Feather necklace, and believe me, my partner was over the moon with it 😍... Massive thank you to Tracy, Bex, Evie, and Jo.. It's because of you girls that I'll 100% be coming back to buy more jewellery in the near future... Hope you enjoyed your chocolates...

The staff couldn't have been anymore helpful, i had to order the ring i wanted and they made sure it was delivered before my birthday, would definitely visit the shop again and recommend it to my family and friends ❤️

Hayley was lovely, I had my eye on a couple of pieces and wanted to see them in person, she helped me choose the perfect ring to suit me. Thank you. Exceptional customer service from start to finish. Olivia was so helpful with sizing advice when I ordered my ring, and when I unfortunately got the size wrong, she went above and beyond to speed up the exchange process and make sure it arrived before my holiday.

Nothing felt like too much trouble, and the communication throughout was brilliant. It’s rare to receive such thoughtful and personal service nowadays, so I really wanted to leave a review to say thank you.

If all companies had customer service this good, and products of such high quality, the world would be a happier place! Highly recommend. I bought a letter necklace a few months ago and then recently decided I would like to add two extra bits to it. I asked by email, they replied quickly saying no problem with clear instructions and information, I sent it back to them (free of charge!), the cost to have what I wanted done was extremely reasonable - literally the cost of the extra bits - it has been returned to me and I love it! Overall, the cost of their products seem as they should be, high quality items, attention to detail is lovely, super friendly and helpful staff. Olivia helped me - thank you Olivia! I will recommend to friends and I will be back!
