Whenever I visit the Daniella Draper…
Whenever I visit the Daniella Draper store in Beverley I always receive fantastic customer service. The staff are so welcoming and the service is both exemplary and personal. The product range in store is fantastic and items are always well presented both in store and when packaged to be taken home.
I have had a number of my items for some years and the quality is great, the look is timeless and my items look as good now as the day I bought them.

Fantastic customer service via email…
Fantastic customer service via email with Olivia. I enquired about a paw print necklace following the loss of my dog. I wanted a specific charm on a chain that wasn’t available on the website and this was able to be arranged to happen. Alongside this I was able to send the paw print that I had received from the crematorium to be put onto the charm. Not only were condolences sent from the DD team, nothing was too much hassle, emails were quick and all questions answered. As a customer of DD for many years now I will continue to return as always high quality pieces, fantastic customer service and all personalised pieces I have suggested have always been fulfilled with the fantastic standards. First Class Service
The ladies in the Cleethorpes store are all so lovely, friendly and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble. The ladies offer advice without being pushy and every purchase is beautifully packaged.
