I hired this company with high expectations, but the experience turned out to be frustrating. The initial agreement seemed clear, yet the work was delayed and didn’t meet the quality that was promised. Communication became difficult after payment, and getting updates or revisions required constant follow-up.

What disappointed me most was the lack of accountability. Whenever issues came up, the explanations felt vague, and instead of proactive solutions, I often had to chase for updates. In the end, I paid more than expected for results that were far below what was promised.

From my perspective, this experience could have been avoided with more transparency, fair communication, and respect for commitments. I genuinely hope the company takes this feedback constructively and improves how they treat both clients and collaborators.

This CEO "Lian Lim" hires freelancers, makes them work for a whole month, then suddenly blocks them and kicks them out of all channels — no warning, no discussion, and no payment. Totally unprofessional and unethical. Avoid doing business with them.
