I would never in my life recommend this to anyone I would absolutely not give them a single star if it was an option. Support is no help at all they lie to you just to get you off the phone ive sent screenshots where one support agent said one thing and i got a new one saying something completely different. Drop you tiers for no reason whatsoever than give you bogus excuses as to why. I've had money stolen from me by them and all you get is a run around that still never turns anything up been using the app for two years or more and it hasnt gotten even the slightest bit better. All the deals they give come right out of dashers pay ive had 15 mile orders that payed maybe 2.50 than got penalized for not accepting it and told if I called they could give me more money the whole app is a joke if your looking for something to do on the side id highly recommend using one of the other delivery apps or just cherry pick orders but most of all if you do use them watch your pay closely because these people are worse than any crook I ever met!

Stop giving me 2 and 3$ dashes.
My car does not move for 3$.
It's not fair to punish me for my acceptance rate.

Made the mistake of ordering groceries with these clowns. Bought $92 worth of groceries and was charged $188… Went to support for help and was told I have to wait 3 days for them to charge the card the proper amount. So I’m out $96 bucks for a few days because of their mistake. Solid. Bunch of scam artists.

It's just a game. If you don't play their game, they penalize you. Best to just do another side gig. Save the expense on your car.

Being a Dasher can be rewarding. I was homeless sleeping in my car, yet no one knew it because I kept myself up. It was difficult and still is despite having a temporarily roof over my head, Door Dashing was instrumental in helping me to maintain my storage, car insurance and phone bill not to mention gas and food.

You won't get rich off of it, but..it is a good way to help out when the chips are down. I met so many nice people and viewed beautiful areas. I learned about short cuts and saw places I would not have had it not been for Dashing. I love driving and yes I wish there was higher pay but am grateful for the opportunity.

Tonight I received an extra $20 sent to my dasher account. I burst into tears because I needed the money for my storage. I'm one step closer to the goal all due to being rewarded for simply being kind and great customer service. I'm so thankful to everyone who made it possible for me to pay some of my bills this way. When I'm rehoused I will continue to Dash part time. You never know who you will meet. Being neatly dressed with great customer se

July 1 this year they had a $3 per job promo. So I worked (Fayetteville, NC). The promo didn't show separately on the earnings for the day like their promos usually do. So I took a $3.60 delivery. I've never received a separate payout for the day, so it looks like it was a 60 cent job to which the $3 was added. A SIXTY CENT DELIVERY? INSULTING!

Don't pay for any orders yourself. You won't get reimbursed. The customer can apparently cancel the order after it is delivered and Doordash will refuse to pay you back. So customer gets free order.

This is my second week dashing in didn't know how the redcard worked until it sent me a 15 dollar order i accept it then it says I need to go shopping for this person than deliver it 12 miles away so I denied it because im not working for free it dropped my ratting down to silver I received another order for 8 dollars when I accept it says go to shaws pick up theses items than go to Chipotle I denied the shaws order just took the Chipotle order i brought it to the costumer she looked at her watch and I didn't receive any thing for that delivery I called dasher they said you get your dasher pay i was like so im using my gas and wear and tear on my car for probably 50 cents I do not recommend them you can.make more deliver for a pizza place

Ripped me off on my referral bonus

I don't recommend this company. They will take your money for no reason and when call customer service no one nows what they are doing and you be transfered to many times and the reason is not resolved. They don't have a good system in place.not happy .. they took my money from my personal account and dasher account.

I did one delivery because that is the only offer I received. I was even scheduled during a busy time. I also was never paid for for that delivery.

Who cancels your order 10 mins before it arrives...someone who already has your food..free dinner for thier family I guess..I paid for direct delivery too then when it said delivery at 6:15 then all of a sudden it jumped to 6:45 then canceled order about 10 mins later! after order was already picked up...hope they fire that driver...no reason given either

Doordash is a great way to make some quick money however don't think you're going to make a living doing it because they make sure that you don't reach any goals when you do get close to reaching them the offers become few and far between you get marked for things that are out of your control like their app crashes while you're trying to accept an offer and you get a bad mark for that. Support is hard to access when you have a issue.

Want to deliver? use any other app but not dasher there to stict and pay the lease when it comes to all theses delivery apps.

They steal $ off my tips and my pay they stole a good 48$ minimum out of a payout... im so angry thats alot of $ to steal .. theyre a fraudulant company promiss you $ and they steal.

The reviews are true. Maps are useless. Vendors are rude. Hard for vehicle (no matter what you drive). I'm still a brand new driver, I've been working/sleeping working/sleeping since I started (7 day's) ago. I have to commute an hour away to get dashes more than 2.30$ usd. Today, I woke up platinum, then, I actually signed in to dash a few hours later and I'm back down to gold (this is day 3 of the app doing this) it's telling me I'm 10 points away, how did I lose 10 points while sleeping? I had 5 dashes canceled at the end of my shift last night, so instead of making 6ish dollars, I'm only making 2 for each. That = about 4$ an hour. This is not including the 92$ it took to fill up my car, or the 20min it takes to find each apartment with no visible address or porch light. I didn't even think to check my deposits yet, is all the money even there?

Low pay. Send you “quests”. Ie extra $100 for 10 deliveries. And they don’t pay. Can’t get any support. It’s a AI bot and when you finally get a human. The AI bot was smarter. Emails are never replied to. Never again

All these negative reviews are true! No matter how much you report the issue it's never fixed. Then when you are in a hot area they never give me orders. I pulled up on my friend today by accident and she was picking up a order the same area that they claim was high volume. I set one day for 5 hours and no order. Every since I turned silver they been cheating me out of orders. At this point they giving all the orders to their friends.

Where do I start? First, 30% of customers here have been marking their deliveries as un-delivered. The app doesn’t acknowledge all photos taken, I’ve had to take my own photos. Most customers here report “no drink, no fries, etc” even though it’s all confirmed prior to leaving restaurant. 6 out of 10 times, another dasher has picked up one of my orders, cutting my wage by 3/4. The list goes on. It’s not worth it.

I was excited to start this dasher experience, I had heard so many good things from advertisements, on how it is a good way to make extra money. Not, the app crashes every time I open it. It is forever roaming, and then freezes. If I get a delivery offer, by the time I restart, It has been reassigned. It is completely unworkable.
