Kyle & his team are knowledgeable and fast in tackling any issues. They've largely been successful in implementing our Netsuite processes with a little known and technically odd 3PL software company.

The team worked hard to ensure that each item was resolved that came up during the project for our client.

A few items that would need to be improved: 1. There was a lot of back and forth because the scope of the project wasn't 100% defined before certain things started. 2. There also felt to be a language barrier to communication with specific team members which sometimes caused misunderstandings during discussions and emails. This led to longer periods of things not progressing smoothly.

Otherwise, the team was professional in trying to complete the project for our mutual client and working with us to get things working.

My company implemented NetSuite about 2 years ago and we've had many functional improvement, data, reporting, etc requests each month since. Kyle and his team at DataOngoing LLC have assisted and multiple projects for us, in a timely manner and well organized with much communication. the work they do for us is amazing and we appreciate it all. Had a report created for NetSuite. The report is everything that I was looking for. Did have some hiccups along the way, but nothing more than I would expect when it comes to computer programing.

I had a Netsuite problem that seemed to be getting worse by the day. Kyle was very patient and thorough in analyzing the situation, came up with a solution and impeccably turned the situation and data around. He executed the solution flawlessly, promptly, and with great organization. I would definitely work with Data Ongoing again and would highly recommend them for any Netsuite needs!
