Problems with license or updates to php 8.2+? They give a shit about.
If the software runs, its a top software. But when the problems startes, you are alone.
Updating with the update wizard? Dont work, you have to find a hidden small update button anywhere in the backend (but then i dont need a wizard). Clicking, site dead. And so on.

After being a customer for many years, I can say with certainty that I cannot recommend Datingscript. First and foremost, the delivered product leaves much to be desired. Since Datingscript was taken over by "Digital Product Labs," the script has only gone downhill. New features were added that do not work. With each update, many new bugs are introduced. Moreover, the support price is very high, and assistance is either barely provided or very slow. Additionally, the script only supports PHP 8.0, a version that is no longer supported. The Datingscript team does not consider it important to deliver a secure product, despite repeated requests from the community.

On the homepage, there is a video featuring a so-called customer, who is actually not a customer because the website referred to does not use Datingscript. Finally, I discovered that Datingscript suddenly started charging my credit card monthly after a year. They charged me for a month of support from 2023 while it is already May 2024. After contacting support, they acknowledged their mistake, but after a month, I still haven't received a refund.

I can only recommend staying as far away from Datingscript as possible.

Coding is very poor.
Extremely difficult to customise in any way
Totally inflexible sales.
Customer service non-existent
Support non-existent

Apart from that......... try something else.
You can always tell a company by the way it responds to negative reviews. The fact that this lot don't respond at all says everything.

I wrote a review under the name Betsy and I just have to say. The website looks great but it functions with bugs which they can't fix. The biggest bug has been payment issues from members. Imagine having a great looking site, but no way to receive payments from customers. Customers who pay don't get a membership. I felt like I was stealing when they paid and didn't get access, so I opened the website for everyone until they fixed it. I paid $200 (4 months) of support and for the 1st 3 months I was ignored, the last month they tried, but did not fix it. I took it upon myself and did "something" and that seemed to fix it. I hate asking them to help fix a bug when it's a feature that should work. I paid so much for the upgrade, why am I paying for the ability to accept payments? I am sorry to say, that you buy a dating script, you are not paying for a working website. It's stressful. I will upgrade next time to another software even if I pay more. long run I will save money by not having to pay to fix what should be working. Maybe it will be better for you. I been with them for over 10 yrs. My website did great in the beginning but it has fallen.

I represent the legal department of an organization which less than 10 days ago purchased a license from dating script. Could all these positive reviews about datingscript be fake?

After buying their script, their customer service was absolutely slow and terrible. After my client bought their "premium license" for more than $USD 200, they then sought to charge my client more than $USD 600 to implement a revised design my client had created for their homepage.

Datingscript also claimed that you can get your money back within 10 days of buying their script, but having demanded our money back multiple times they have so far refused to return our money. They haven't even directly responded directly to a refund request that we sent them multiple times as if their intent is simply to "pretend" we never made the request.

Seems like their so-called "guarantee" is little more than a ploy to get you to part with your money under the false security that you can get your money back within 10 days.

What kind of company does business like this?

Excellent script with a great team behind it. Always gets the job done right for you and exceeds all expectations you set for success. I highly recommend this team for the future of dating and matching algorithms for any industry with an online focus.

No support. Lack of contact. Suddenly, after the purchase, contact breaks off.

I don't want my competition to know my website so for this review I am keeping it on the "hush hush". The website looks good on a Desk Top and Phone. They thought of everything.

The Datingscript is to me, the best Dating software that I have bought and installed. It runs smooth and super fast! I also have contacted support for some minor issues on how to do a few things and the response and service is excellent, prompt and correct! DatingScript is undoubtedly one of the best software for dating business on the market. Especially the price and the features that are offered for it, it is actually unbeatable. The script runs very stable, is very flexible and offers many possibilities, this makes the setup a bit complicated. However, all problems with the configuration could be solved with the help of their competent service.

The datingscript is easy to manage. It has greate features and design. But in my case, the social link,legal pages and photo uploading plugin did not work well when i updated php 7.4 in bluehost hosting company. My website was crased in upgrading php7.4. They solved my crased website but data is lost. I am requesting them to solve my bigger problem, but they did not response now. Before they helped me many times with very good. I am thinking, the datingscript team is problem in themselves now. So they could not response this time. i hope they will response me later. Thanks.
