She really goes over and above the norm to offer truly top class support and advice - eg today I got an email from the council about property licensing and Nadia responded with a solution straight away. We actually swopped the management of the flat we let out to David Astburys from a different letting agency because of the dreadful service we were getting and the difference now with David Astburys is just so welcome. Great experience with Elena Sarris as Property Manager, she has always been responsive and clear in her communications, and quick and efficient with all maintenance issues in the flat.

Spent 6 years in a property managed by David Astbury's and they were always incredibly responsive and very friendly. We particularly appreciated Elena, who was a delight to deal with throughout the tenancy and even after we left the property and had some admin issues to deal with. The experience has been very good, since Louanna became responsible recently for the property Management of my flat.
