David Ebert Reviews

Kiran was diligent and kept me in the loop all the way, supported effectively by Angela.
Really positive experience and within expected costs.
I would recommend their services.

Kiran and Angela are a very professional team . Our transactions went through well from the beginning to the end.
I definitely recommend them!

Just completed on purchase of a property. Kiran Sandhu and Angela Stallard were both very professional and knowledgeable. Always there to answer any questions and made the whole process smooth and easy. Would definitely use again and thoroughly recommend them.

I had a fantastic experience with David Ebert during my first home purchase. The legal process can be daunting, but their team made it clear and manageable.

Huge thanks to Angela Stallard and Kiran Sandhu for their excellent support. They were always available to answer my questions and kept everything moving efficiently. Their professionalism and kindness made a real difference.

I’m very grateful and would definitely recommend David Ebert to others.

We had a very tight time frame with which to complete on our house purchase. However, we needn’t have worried as Kiran and Angela did a sterling job! Quietly working away behind the scenes , we were in safe hands all the way through. Kiran really understood the pressure we were under and adhered to the time constraints whilst Angela’s communication was great!
Would highly recommended and use again.

Quick response to emails and completed the house purchase promptly. Would recommend.

Kiran Sandhu and Angela Stallard are very good. They did a great job.

I had the misfortune of using Ackroyd Legal for my house conveyancing and found them to be absolutely appalling. The solicitor appointed to my case was Kiran Sandhu, who I found to be rude, arrogant and dismissive throughout. She exhibited such poor customer service skills that I question why she's still being employed by the company.

I had a great experience with David Ebert. Ken and Agnieszka were professional, responsive, and easy to work with. The team ensured a smooth process, completing key tasks in impressive timeframes. Their patience and expertise were evident throughout, making everything stress-free. I’d definitely recommend their services and use them again in the future.

It is really unfortunate that I did not see these reviews here before asking them to take care of my Purchase.
Completely irresponsible, no communication. They took my fine in November and till now still no progress. Clearly this caused significant loss as i will now have to pay extra 2500£ in the stamp duty taxes.
complaint email has no value, they are now part of Ackroyd legal and when i asked the main office to take action they said they can not help.

Agnieszka and Ken did a great job. Selling and buying property at this are time is stressful enough, but Aga kept things moving and under control, very professional. Communicating with us when required, sending emails and required information.
I’m glad we trusted Aga and Ken and we let them to do their jobs.

Ken & Aga made the experience of moving house easy! We were kept informed and email queries were responded to quickly. Face to face meeting was not rushed and well explained. We would definitely use Ken again for any legal needs.

I have used Ken & Aga previously when buying and selling a property. Because I had great service that time I returned to them when I needed to sell my late fathers property. As before the service from Ken and Aga was excellent, efficient, compassionate and straight forward. The communications from Ken and Aga were quick and easy. We felt like we had built up a very good working relationship the them both. They are a great team and a credit to the company. I would 100% use them again. Well done and thank you!

Avoid by all means. No communication, extremely unprofessional

Absolutely shocking service. Almost eight months after completion of the sale of my property and a near total lack of interest in actually getting the job finished. I have no idea how long into 2025 this will go on.
Complaints procedure is an absolute joke, with the subject of the complaint handling the complaint!! What?!
Sounds too horrendous to be true? I would think so too but it is 100% real - unfortunately.
Avoid these people at all costs unless you want to severely damage your mental health.

Update 12 March 2025
Matter still unresolved. The solicitor dealing with this issue has zero interest in resolving it. 1st anniversary of the issue will be here soon.

I was very impressed with the service I received from Kiran and Angela. Communication was brilliant. From mortgage offer to completion was 7 weeks!!! (No chain). Would highly recommend these guys.

I would thoroughly recommend Kiran Sandhu. She provided excellent service, was efficient and easily contactable and made the whole process of selling my house seamless from start to finish.

Thank you to Diane Palfrey for the amazing work she did to help us with both the sale and purchase of our new home - we couldn't have done it without you!

A few days ago this company helped me buy my first home.
Nice and responsible team.
And also do their job very well and professionally.
I recommend contacting this company.

Very friendly and knowledgeable, we highly recommend Kiran if you require conveyancing advice and look forward to working with her again.
