I pay these guys $100 a month to set aside sales tax DAILY. Today I had a 361$ charge to my card because they had a technichal error. No warning nothing. When i contacted them their rep foolishly advised me to contact the bank to stop the transaction. That would only cause more problems. Then just a half hearted apology and nothing they can do. I want my monthly fee waived if we are making these kinds of mistakes ya know? I find it unnacceptable.

tried them out for a few months and it created more issues than it helped. They were pulling taxes daily inaccurately, causing a deficit when taxes were filed. And did they notify me? no. i had to find out for myself through the comptroller's website. And they only pay sales tax, so if you have other taxes to pay, they no longer do it. They used to, but they stopped. I wonder why? I would stay away from this company altogether. Major headache that I'm still rectifying.

They told me they had everything they needed to make my sales tax payment. When it came time for payment to be sent, they were unable to log in to my account. I gave them username and password and they said okay good this is what we need. On the day for tax payment to be paid, it wasn't. I asked for refund. Refund will take 3-5 business days. Now my tax payments are late and I get to pay the fees. THANK YOU DAVO!

Great Customer Service and very helpful.

As mentioned by other reviewers... the worst customer service imaginable. You will wait days for a scheduled call only to be connected with someone who barely speaks English. Then you have to request again to speak to someone in an English speaking country. If you have a very simple brick and mortar location with one POS I can see how their system would work fine for you. But it did not work for me.

Customer service is awful. Very hard to get in touch with someone when you need immediate attention. To speak to someone on the phone you need to schedule a time which is typically days out. Just awful

Really excellent platform. We actually save more money than we spend on the app just by paying a few days early. In 20 years of business, we’ve never done that before.

Even more importantly, it eliminated a huge pain point for us. Sales taxes nearly sank our business years ago—now we don’t even think about them.

Absolute no‑brainer.

Program is easy to set up and the staff is very helpful. Helps us stay current on our taxes and save money with early filing.

Very prompt service

Multiple months have been filed incorrectly. While they are filed on time, any amendments will be outside the filing window and we will lose any credits we are entitled to. We are deeply unsatisfied with how this service is being handled.
