I dealt with the Affinity Shop and also online and the help and advice by the gentleman store manager at Affinity was excellent, professional service provided with both top customer service and product advice and knowledge.
Very much appreciated, and will use again definetly.

Delivery took 4 weeks and was not contacted to let me know that there was no stock. It was only because I rang to find out where my item was that I found out.

This order of a PE shirt took 1 month to arrive.
Previous orders have been relatively quick, not sure what happened on this occasion but it was needed sooner than arrived.
Quality of the shirt was fine. Was packaged in just a cardboard box, no bag in case the outer packaging got wet. Previous orders had been wrapped in clear plastic first. Little things that make the difference.

We did suffer some unexpected delays around the seasonal holidays - these were frustrating for ourselves and customers alike.
Whilst we've never had a problem with that method of packaging when used on its own, I do still take on board your feedback. We have taken important steps over the last few years to remove all single-use plastic packaging from our products, and we're quite proud of this. We are however now beginning to use sugar-cane based plastic alternatives in our packing process.
