I give 5 stars because my stuff was delivered quicker than I thought it would.Buying school trousers is difficult as my son is 6.1 and skinny.The gentle man I talk to last year explained so well I can use it for his other trousers so thank you sir.

Never received items that they claimed to post. No dispatch notice and no proof of postage provided.
No Royal Mail postage proof was sent to me, just something generated on your till. This is not resolved for me as discussed in detail in my email which you failed to respond to.

Unfortunately a couple of sizes of the product you ordered were affected by production delays which eventually resulted in the school choosing to switch to a new garment. As soon as the school had been through the selection process and had chosen the replacement, production started straight away. This did unfortunately impact some customer orders.
The clothes are good
The clothes are good. However, I felt like I had intruded on a conversation, that the lady wanted to get back to rather then deal with a customer
