Ordered 2 school skirts for my daughter, which arrived quickly in store. Once We were there, my daughter tried a different length to the ones I ordered and the shop assistants were really helpful and patient. Excellent, friendly service!

The ongoing effects of the pandemic are still massively affecting parts of the clothing industry around the world, the resulting manufacturing delays are the reason for the delay on your order, something that is completely outside our control. It's a shame you felt this has warranted a one star review.

Thank you for your review Laura, we've done the absolute best we can given some very challenging and unfortunate circumstances.
The manufacturing delays created within some portions of the schoolwear industry by the pandemic were indeed also added to in January by us having to move premises, but please do understand that we had absolutely no option but to do so and the decision was not made lightly.
In the future we really hope we can improve on the 2 stars you've given us Laura.

Website had useful information fir the sizes of their uniform. It was easy to order from , would be good to get the goods sooner but due to covid restrictions it is out of their control . Still awaiting order so will update review when order us here .
