Dawson Jones Reviews

I've been shorted on orders and had to call them multiple times. They never tell you if they're out of something. Even their website won't tell you and will still let you order it. It's been months since my last order and they refuse to follow up unless I press the issue. They still have never gotten the item back in stock. I was not able to get a refund the first time I called cause I felt uncomfortable giving them my card number over the phone. I used them because they were cheap and fast but it's not worth the constant shortages and terrible service.

Great company, excellent customer service!
I shopped here when I opened my business.

Gr8 experience best prices good customer care. For me

Friendly, helpful and honest sales staff. They have helped me create custom displays on several occasions.

I love this store. I can always find what I need and the prices are reasonable. The staff is an added bonus! They are very friendly and always willing to help.

I love this store. The customer service is great and you can get used items.

I have purchased a few things from them and the quality is great and customer service is impeccable. The staff is very knowledgeable about inventory and always willing to help. Their prices are probably the lowest in town. As a small business owner, low prices mean a lot to me. I bought a sewing mannequin from them years ago and it is still in tact. That was my very first purchase and it definitely helped as far as my work flow. I was able to produce more product and increase my revenue. I refer ALL of my friends to this place. If I am at a festival and other vendors are inquiring about places to buy shelves, mannequins, displays etc, I refer them to Dawson-Jones.

They have white displays which are hard to find. Shipping caused damage and they were more than happy to fix the issue. I will use them again and again in the future. Thank you for great customer service and having WHITE displays

The prices are excellent! There are no minimums! To top it off the customer service is excellent!

dealing with them for years, easy to work with. Thanks

Left review before and they called and said they were going to fix things....but months later still nothing. Have cases with no glass....waste of money
