Dawson Jones Reviews

Fun to explore and had the needed store supplies too.

Friendly customer service and offers everything I need for my shop.

Staff was friendly and helpful, I would recommend any new business or established business to purchase their displays and more

We live close enough to the store that we can stop in. Prices are great and staff is very helpful! Everything you need to help you in your retail business

Great selection and the store personnel are all very helpful. Sorry I don’t live closer.

Professional service! Offered me product for my business that I didn’t know they had! 2 Thumbs up

Sales Representative Mr. Many was very nice, polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Wish him every success in his carrier and life.

My most recent purchase was the second time I've ordered from Dawson Jones, and I made this purchase because my very first purchase went so very smoothly. My order was actually for my Church, located in Temple Hills, MD, but the delivery was to my home since I wasn't sure the church would be opened at the time of delivery. The ordered items arrived in excellent condition, and were packaged in such a way that I had no trouble loading the boxes into my vehicle and getting them to my Church. I have been completely satisfied with the items ordered and the service received and would not hesitate to recommend Dawson Jones to others.

Great people. Received fast and as advertised. AAAAA+++++

great stuff and very friendly and helpful folks working there

Friendly, efficient service! Helpful staff. I will definitely come back for my display needs.

Mike and Ryan at Dawson Jones were great. I ordered some glass cases from them for my Beauty Supply store. The quality of the cases were exceptional. I did have some trouble putting them together but Ryan FaceTimed me and help me right through it. Mike and Ryan have definetly got me as a customer for life. The cases look amazing in my store and I’ve gotten so many compliments on them. I will be sharing pics on their website soon.

Excellent customer service. Everything you need in one place.

We rely on Dawson Jones to have what we need and they always serve us well with shop needs and ancillary products to help us process and distribute our inventory.

Very good products at great prices with wonderful, helpful employees.

I came in for 5 end caps that were not as expected. They did not include all the necessary components for them to be installed on my sales floor safely. After making attempts to get me the missing components it was determined that the best course of action was to refund me for the purchase. I received no grief about the return and aside from the inconvenience of having to travel back to the store get the refund I was very pleased about the service I was provided.
