I booked a cookery day and the team we’re responsive very promptly in helping me with my questions.

Well I love Daylesford or I used to ! I don't mind the expensive prices , you just simply get no service to reflect the price .
We had a bowl of soup which was lovely ruined by a very sticky table ! Onto the barn at the back with furniture upstairs , someone had had a tray of drinks up there and it was covered with flies ( yuk )
Where are the managers ? Into the food hall wanted to buy a bottle of Daylesford Gin, it wasn't in the the usual place but I knew I'd seen it somewhere in a display .
I asked one member of staff and was told she worked on the home section and was told to ask in the Deli , they didn't know either . Went to the till they didn't know , so I put down my basket and hunted myself till I found it ironically 2ft from the home section !!! It's not a huge store either !

Efficient order system ,arrived very well packaged, mostly gifts, but 1 bottle for myself.

We were recommended by a friend who insisted we must visit. We stayed at Chipping Norton and visited twice. Stunning store. We had a lot of trouble finding the shop the post code kept taking us somewhere else. Also visited your Notting Hill and Pimlico stores. Mail order service was superb. Thank you.

We went for lunch to Daylesford Farm. It was a huge disappointment. The food was very overpriced and well below average. The shop is also very dull and very overpriced. We shop at gourmet food stores and understand the prices are higher for generally a better quality. Daylesford offers low quality and excessively high prices. I felt very cheated

For a premium brand it was shocking. The tree was delivered in a container minus its top and without any instructions/information. It was a birthday present for my sister in law who reported that the tree was damaged. She contacted Daylesford and agreed a refund. It took 2 attempts to get that right. Lesson learned, I won’t online shop with you again.

Interesting mix of food, gardening etc….just not very clear how you actually get in when walking across the fields from The Fox!!

For months I am receiving completely dry vegetables , left overs . I sent emails & photos , some of the emails were hidden and ignored , other emails answered in a cynical way , by people named : Casey , Jodie . Interesting the low level of management , mockery that does not go hand in hand with a reliable noble name of business . I expect apologies and family will be informed . Customers should not be humiliated after they buy from you but respected. This can not be a healthy symptom

For months I am receiving completely dry old vegetables that even a knife can t cut trough /case of a pumkin sent from oct to may /same old black and dry .photos were sent but emails were hidden some of them never hot an answer. The customers service replies in the most disrespectful way , someone Casey even being cynical . I am writing to inform you that this level of human degradation does not go hand in hand with a noble brand name . I am expecting apologies and family will be informed .
