Interesting mix of food, gardening etc….just not very clear how you actually get in when walking across the fields from The Fox!!

The product did not have a locking cap and leaked in the packaging. About 25 % of the produced leaked into the packaging

For months I am receiving completely dry vegetables , left overs . I sent emails & photos , some of the emails were hidden and ignored , other emails answered in a cynical way , by people named : Casey , Jodie . Interesting the low level of management , mockery that does not go hand in hand with a reliable noble name of business . I expect apologies and family will be informed . Customers should not be humiliated after they buy from you but respected. This can not be a healthy symptom

For months I am receiving completely dry old vegetables that even a knife can t cut trough /case of a pumkin sent from oct to may /same old black and dry .photos were sent but emails were hidden some of them never hot an answer. The customers service replies in the most disrespectful way , someone Casey even being cynical . I am writing to inform you that this level of human degradation does not go hand in hand with a noble brand name . I am expecting apologies and family will be informed .

Delivery always on time and well packed . Produce is fresh . Not one negative thing to say .

I loved what I had apart from the bread. I was hoping for a meat pie!!!

Delivered to the wrong place, offered to have the order resent for Friday and delivery cost refunded. Then didn’t arrive until Saturday and kept getting messages on the Thursday night saying the first one was going to be redelivered. This was for a 40th birthday present and was very disappointing.

I was very happy to purchase the organic dog food, it’s reassuring to know that my dog is getting chemical free food.

This is my third purchase. Dispatch is always quick & the glass jar candle comes well protected. Very happy to be a returning customer.

For the first time I was very disappointed both by the delivery ,by the time of delivery and no photograph shown only a blank image!

The amount of packing on this order was absolutely ridiculous. Cardboard box, crinkled cardboard filler,4 medical sized freezer packs and a very big "wool"
temperature protector.
In this day and age with cold/frozen items being mailed daily, there are far cheaper and just as efficient material could be used. the packaging probably doubled the cost of the order.

Goods arrived on schedule appropriately packaged.
The chocolate brownie /tiffin was absolutely amazing.
It was bursting with white chocolate pieces and was a chocoholics dream.
Just the thing to have with coffee on a cold day.

Ordered a variety of items for a birthday celebration. One of which was the organic breakfast butcher box. I saw the title and thought nice sausages, thick bacon etc. whilst the sausages had a nice flavour, it was like eating sponge. Bacon, very thin. Other items particularly the good life loaf were great. Just let down by the ‘butchers’ box
