We’re sorry to hear about your experience. After reviewing the tracking information and our communications, FedEx shows that your order was successfully delivered and left in a secure area next to your door along with a picture of where it was left.
We also reached out to you via email, but your inbox appeared full, so we followed up with a text to make sure you received the delivery information. Please check around the delivery area or with neighbors, as sometimes packages are placed slightly out of view for safety.
If you’re still unable to locate your order, please contact us directly so we can assist further. We’re committed to ensuring every order reaches our customers safely.
Good price and fast shipping.

Shipping was delayed and extremely slow…
Shipping was delayed and extremely slow for the smallest of product. The time delays made absolute no sense. I haven’t been home to retrieve and inspect my order as of yet. USPS is no longer the standard when it comes to efficient and timely delivery. I can only suggest using FedEx or UPS only to help with this issue.

Hi there 👋
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the delay you experienced with your shipment. While the free shipping option you selected typically arrives within 3–5 business days, we can see that your order was shipped on October 2nd and delivered on October 9th. Unfortunately, USPS experienced delays during that period, and we understand how frustrating that can be.
We appreciate your suggestion regarding alternative carriers. In fact, based on situations like this, we have already updated our Free Delivery option to a faster, sub-3-day courtesy delivery to help ensure more reliable and timely arrivals for all customers.
We hope your order meets your expectations once you retrieve it, and if there’s anything we can assist you with, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Thank you again for your feedback.
