I would definitely recommend DBISS to anyone planning to get property survey. We selected DBISS for doing Level 3 survey of the house we planned to buy. We being first time buyers did not have much knowledge about what to look for in the property. Andrew did the job efficiently. He provided us with a comprehensive reported within a week. The report is well organized into separate sections and very clearly describes the issues observed along with the costs associated with the remedial actions.
