He undertook an extensive and thorough inspection of a particular problem, and promptly submitted a very professional report, which will help immensely with dealings with our insurers. Their pricing was very competitive and after filling in a very quick enquiry form online Andrew responded and booked in to do a Homebuyers Report/ Building Survey. He arrannged to view the property within a few days. He called straight after he had finnished and went over all his findings over the phone. He then produced a fantastic and very detailed report covering everything from insufficient soil pipe connections to repointing work required. Throughout the entire experience he was available to discuss any of the findings both after his initial inspection and after we received the very detailed report.

No issues at all, responsive via e-mail and a detailed 10min phone call following survey in which Andrew covered all aspects. Report was as expected with some high quality photographs and Andrew answered some follow up questions promptly.

We instructed him to do a Level 3 survey + a roof drone survey on a Victorian terrace in London.
He booked in with the EA within a week and we had a call from him on the day of the survey to go through everything in advance of the written report arriving.

Andrew did a very thorough assessment of a property that we were looking to buy. It's clear that he has a lot of experience in dealing with properties and pointed out many issues which we may not have otherwise taken as seriously. In the end we pulled out after having his review looked at from a retired builder/friend who was impressed with the detail and depth of the survey.
